LinkedIn Page analytics shows how posts performed, and Page Activity lists interactions involving the Page. A team review asks something else: which sales, marketing and customer success employees engaged with the Page or colleagues, and what did they contribute?
Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking report answers that question for selected employee profiles and a chosen period. It separates reactions, comments, reposts and mentions, with the public posts and comments behind the counts.
Consider Walt, a fictional entertainment company. Its three employees, posts and figures below are illustrative. The example follows the same three people through one 30 day report.
What can you see in LinkedIn today?
LinkedIn gives Page admins useful views. Content analytics shows post impressions, reactions, comments, reposts and engagement rate. Page Activity lets admins inspect individual interactions involving the Page, while the Page Feed can surface employee posts. Those views help with Page publishing and community management. Walt’s additional question is what its selected employees did with Walt’s Page and with one another during the same period.

Start with the people and period you want to review
Walt selects the LinkedIn profiles of Mira in sales, Elsa in marketing and Woody in customer success for a Linkwiz company report. Linkwiz checks their public profiles and activity. In the Activity Tracking report, Walt can review how they engaged with its Page and with one another over the past 30 days.
In that period, Linkwiz captured 13 interactions by two of the three employees with Walt’s Page and two colleagues. The report shows who contributed and what they did.

Last 30 days ▾Which employees engaged with Walt’s Page?
The report shows eight interactions with Walt’s Page from Mira, two from Elsa and none captured from Woody in this period. Walt can see who took part, including employees who may need help finding a way in.
Mira’s eight interactions include four reactions, two comments, a repost and a mention. One comment appears on Walt’s licensing announcement: a shared release plan helps her brief distribution partners on which titles are ready for each market. Walt can see both her activity and the contribution behind it.

Mira commented · Sep 9: The shared release plan makes it easier to brief partners on which titles are ready for each market.
Who engaged with colleagues?
Walt can also see engagement between colleagues. Mira reacted to one of Elsa’s posts and commented on another. Elsa reposted Woody once. Woody made no captured interactions with the Page or these colleagues during the selected period.
Mira’s comment on Elsa’s campaign post explains why the partner brief helped sales: it separated launch ready material from work awaiting regional approval. She says her team used that distinction in two distributor conversations. The report shows the post and her actual response, connecting marketing’s work with a sales colleague’s contribution.

Mira commented · Sep 16: The partner brief helped because it separated what was launch ready from what still needed regional approval. We used that distinction in two distributor conversations.
What kind of engagement was it?
Across Walt’s three selected profiles, Interaction mix shows six reactions, four comments, two reposts and one mention in the last 30 days. That breakdown matters when Walt reviews how people participated. A reaction and a comment are both visible activity, but the comment gives Walt something specific to inspect.
The supporting activity adds the original post and the words behind each comment. Mira’s comments show what she said about distribution and the campaign handoff, which the interaction count alone cannot convey.

What should Walt review next month?
When Walt reviews the next period, it can spot trends among employees who engage regularly and those with little captured activity who may need support. Did more people join conversations around the Page and colleagues? Did the mix shift beyond reactions toward comments and reposts? Linkwiz helps employees find specific posts to engage with, giving Walt a practical way to support participation where the report shows a gap.
