These Terms of Service govern your use of Linkwiz, a service provided by Shapira Marketing LDA.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Linkwiz, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

2. Subscription & Billing

Linkwiz is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

‍

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only within 72 hours of your first subscription purchase. No refunds will be issued for renewal payments or after the initial 72-hour window.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use Linkwiz only for lawful purposes. Abuse, scraping, or unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination.

6. Data Collection and Usage

To deliver our profile optimization and analysis features, Linkwiz collects and processes certain data from your LinkedIn account through your browser. This may include:

• Information from your LinkedIn profile, such as your profile link, name, headline, work experience, education, and other publicly visible fields.
• Information about your LinkedIn account settings, including visibility preferences and display options relevant to profile analysis.
• Information about your activity on LinkedIn, including data from posts you create, posts you browse, your interactions, and publicly visible engagement.
• Your connections and followers, and any other data that is publicly accessible or permitted by your LinkedIn session in the browser.

We only access and use data necessary for providing the features of Linkwiz. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Affiliate Program

Payout Terms: Affiliate credits are held for 90 days to allow time for refunds or chargebacks to be processed.

Prohibited Advertising: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Google Ads or other search platforms for keywords related to the Linkwiz brand. Violations may result in account termination and loss of commissions.

Payment Methods: Affiliate earnings are paid only through the payment methods available on the affiliate platform. No alternative payment methods will be supported.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Third-Party Platforms & Browser Usage

Linkwiz operates as a Chrome extension and interacts with LinkedIn via your browser. By using the service, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Linkwiz is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.
• The extension may interact with various LinkedIn features, including but not limited to personal profiles, company pages, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Groups, Events, and other user profiles.
• We are not liable for any issues, restrictions, suspensions, data loss, or changes to your LinkedIn account or any LinkedIn features resulting from the use of Linkwiz.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all LinkedIn services and are not responsible for any changes to the LinkedIn platform that affect the performance or functionality of Linkwiz.
• You use the extension at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with LinkedIn's terms of service and community guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and related technology are owned by Shapira Marketing LDA. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or misuse any part of the service.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for reliable uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

Linkwiz is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Linkwiz at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Lisbon, Portugal.
