Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the Linkwiz website, Chrome extension, SaaS application, workspaces, reports, scans, and related services.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between the person or organization using Linkwiz (“Customer”, “you”) and Shapira Marketing LDA, operator of Linkwiz (“Linkwiz”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing or using the extension, accessing a workspace, purchasing a product, or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you use Linkwiz for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Linkwiz is a business service. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement and must provide accurate information. SaaS registration requires a work email; consumer or disposable email domains may be refused. You are responsible for credentials, account activity, and prompt notice of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared between individuals.

3. Workspaces, ownership, and collaborators

A user may create or join one or more workspaces. The creator is initially the workspace owner and controls billing when paid plans are introduced. Owners may invite collaborators and assign roles. Editors may manage reports and report settings; viewers may view workspace reports; exact permissions shown in the product form part of the service design. Invitations must be sent only to people authorized to join.

Workspace members can access workspace-level private reports even though outside visitors cannot. A person viewing a public report is not a workspace member and receives no workspace rights. The workspace owner is responsible for collaborators, permissions, lawful instructions, and transferring ownership before leaving an organization.

4. Reports and visibility

Reports are created for a company and selected professional profiles. Reports may be Private, meaning available only to workspace members, or Public, meaning anyone with the link may view the report without an account. Public links may be copied, forwarded, or discovered by unintended recipients, so select public visibility only when appropriate.

Linkwiz may separately designate selected reports as marketing publications. Those reports can appear under linkwiz.ai, in sitemaps, search results, AI systems, or other discovery tools. A customer’s Public setting alone does not make a report an indexable Linkwiz marketing publication. Marketing publication is controlled by Linkwiz and may be edited, paused, redirected, or withdrawn.

5. Scans, rescans, snapshots, and outputs

Linkwiz may scan publicly accessible profile pages, company pages, posts, comments, reactions, reposts, mentions, hashtags, media, and related engagement metadata. Reports may support full-profile scans, activity-only scans, scheduled weekly or monthly rescans, historical profile snapshots, and continuously updated activity. Scan availability, depth, frequency, and completeness depend on product capabilities, plan limits, source availability, and technical conditions.

Scores, comparisons, virality measures, summaries, recommendations, and other outputs are analytical aids. Public-source information may be incomplete, delayed, changed, inaccessible, or misattributed. Outputs are not professional, employment, legal, financial, or compliance advice and should be reviewed by a person before use.

6. Customer responsibilities and lawful use

You are responsible for the companies, profile URLs, content, instructions, publication choices, and collaborators you add. You must have an appropriate legal basis and provide any required notices for your use of personal data, including data about people who are not Linkwiz users.

You may not:

  • use Linkwiz unlawfully, deceptively, discriminatorily, or to harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, or make solely automated high-impact decisions about a person;
  • request or publish sensitive, private, confidential, or unlawfully obtained data;
  • circumvent authentication, access controls, technical limits, rate limits, plan limits, or security protections;
  • probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, introduce malware to, or attempt unauthorized access to Linkwiz or its providers;
  • resell, sublicense, scrape, or systematically export the service except as expressly permitted;
  • misrepresent affiliation with LinkedIn, Linkwiz, a report subject, or another organization; or
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

7. Chrome extension

The extension may interact with browser content at your direction to provide Linkwiz features. You are responsible for using it only on accounts, pages, and information you are entitled to access and in accordance with applicable law and third-party terms. Browser-store rules and platform changes may affect availability.

8. Third-party services

Linkwiz depends on services such as browsers, LinkedIn, hosting, authentication, database, email, chat, analytics, and payment providers. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply separately. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Linkwiz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. We do not control third-party availability, content, policy changes, or account actions.

9. Fees, plans, renewal, and cancellation

Prices, currencies, billing periods, included features, scan allowances, credits, workspace or profile limits, and taxes are those shown at checkout or in an applicable order. Future plans may introduce or change usage limits, provided changes apply prospectively and are communicated as required.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse an already completed charge. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless checkout terms state otherwise. Failed or disputed payments may result in restricted access or suspension.

10. 72-hour first-purchase refund policy

For Linkwiz paid products, a customer may request a refund of the first purchase within 72 hours after that purchase by emailing office@linkwiz.ai with sufficient transaction information. This policy does not provide refunds for renewal charges, later purchases, or requests made after 72 hours, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or checkout-specific terms expressly provide more favorable rights.

Refunds return to the original payment method where practicable. Abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or material consumption of a non-returnable service may be considered to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Intellectual property and feedback

Linkwiz and its licensors own the service, software, design, models, methodology, branding, and related rights. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the agreement. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide and grant Linkwiz the rights reasonably needed to host, process, reproduce, analyze, display, and transmit it to provide the service and follow your publication settings.

Feedback may be used to improve Linkwiz without obligation or restriction, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

12. Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public information received from the other using reasonable care and use it only for the relationship. This does not cover information that is public without breach, already known without duty, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Linkwiz and may request account or workspace closure subject to ownership, legal, billing, and retention requirements. Linkwiz may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, material breach, risk to people or the service, or discontinued operation. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Public links and scheduled scans may be disabled when a workspace or report is suspended or archived.

14. Service changes and availability

We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features; adjust plans and technical requirements; or perform maintenance. We aim to operate reliably but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Beta, demo, or experimental features may change without notice and may be provided with reduced support.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkwiz is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that report subjects, source pages, engagement data, recommendations, search indexing, scan completion, or business outcomes will be accurate or available.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, or data. Linkwiz’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Linkwiz for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, an organization using Linkwiz will defend and indemnify Linkwiz against third-party claims arising from its unlawful content, report instructions, publication decisions, collaborators, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Governing terms

Mandatory law and non-waivable rights continue to apply. Unless another written order states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shapira Marketing LDA, without regard to conflict rules, and disputes will be brought in the competent courts for its registered jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve it through office@linkwiz.ai.

19. General

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign the agreement without consent; Linkwiz may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service. These Terms, the policies incorporated here, checkout terms, and applicable orders form the agreement for the service.

20. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes may be communicated through the service or email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to office@linkwiz.ai or through Contact Linkwiz.
