2. How Linkwiz uses them

• Strictly necessary: authentication, session continuity, security, load balancing, consent choices, and core website or application operation.
• Preferences: interface choices and settings requested by the visitor.
• Analytics: aggregate information about visits, pages, devices, and feature use so we can understand and improve performance. Where required, analytics starts only after consent.
• Support and chat: Tawk.to may set identifiers and connection data when chat is permitted or deliberately opened. The widget is designed to remain hidden on initial load and is shown from a Contact action.
• Payments and embedded services: a checkout, video, or other third-party feature may use its own necessary or consent-based technologies when opened.

3. Providers

Depending on the page and choices made, technology may be provided by Linkwiz and infrastructure or product providers including Webflow, Vercel, Supabase, Tawk.to, analytics providers, and payment providers displayed at checkout. Provider names or purposes may change as the service evolves; this page will be updated when the operational vendor set changes materially.

4. Consent and control

Strictly necessary technology does not require optional consent. Where applicable law requires consent for analytics, support/chat, or other non-essential technology, Linkwiz requests that choice before initialization. A deliberate click to open chat requests that feature and may load Tawk.to for the conversation.

You can use the website’s consent controls where available, block or delete cookies in browser settings, and limit local storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, report access, consent memory, or other features from working. Browser controls may not remove server-side records needed for security or legal compliance.

5. Typical duration

Session technologies expire when the browser session ends or shortly afterward. Persistent technologies remain for the period set by Linkwiz or a provider, until they expire, or until deleted. Duration depends on purpose, account status, consent, and provider configuration. We aim to avoid retaining optional identifiers longer than reasonably needed.

6. Do Not Track

Browsers may send “Do Not Track” or similar signals, but there is not a universal interpretation. Linkwiz relies on its consent controls and applicable legal requirements. We will adapt to recognized browser-based privacy signals where legally required and technically supported.
