A clear profile before the first message. A useful next step after it.
Someone receives your connection request and opens your profile. Can they tell what you do, which company you represent and why the conversation might be relevant? Later, they accept the request, reply by email or leave the invitation unanswered. Your team needs a sensible next step for each situation.
Use Linkwiz to review the sender profiles and their public participation. Use Expandi to build LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns with different follow-up paths. The two products can support the same sales workflow while answering different questions.

Prepare the profiles people will open
Start with a Linkwiz company report that includes the people sending outreach. Read the team findings, then open the individual evidence and recommendations. A headline, cover image, current-company information and Experience entry can help someone understand the person behind the message.
Use profiles that passed the relevant checks as examples for colleagues. Give each employee the updates that apply to them, rather than asking everyone to copy the same profile. The team profile audit guide explains the review, and the profile updates guide explains how to turn findings into changes.

Example: Belle, an Account Executive at Walt, is approaching marketing teams about video production. Her profile should make that role and company connection easy to recognize. The outreach owner can check that the requested updates are complete before launching the next campaign.
Plan follow-up paths around what happens
Expandi’s campaign builder combines actions, conditions and waiting periods. An “If connected” condition can send someone down a different path depending on whether they have accepted the connection request. Email actions can also be part of a builder campaign when the required email details and setup are available.
For Belle’s campaign, an accepted request could lead to a LinkedIn message about the prospect’s next video project. If the request remains unanswered after the chosen waiting period, the team could use an email path where an address is available, or end the sequence. Write the next message for that situation instead of repeating the same request everywhere.
Review both paths and preview the messages before activation. Expandi’s builder setup guide explains that an activated campaign’s structure cannot be changed by adding or removing steps. Keep structural revisions in a new or duplicated draft, and use the supported editing options for existing messages and delays.
Give each message a reason to matter
Expandi supports message personalization, including variables and optional image, GIF and video tools. Use that flexibility to connect the message to a real business question. A name inserted into a generic pitch still leaves the recipient wondering why you contacted them.
Belle might ask what the marketing team needs to agree before production starts, because that is a conversation she has with customers. Her public participation can develop the same subject: a useful comment on the company’s video-brief post or a post sharing a practical lesson.
Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking provides a focused feed of company and employee activity. A connected assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Codex, or the Linkwiz agent in Slack, can use that context to discuss a suitable contribution and help draft it. See the weekly engagement recommendations guide for that workflow.
Make account ownership and handoffs clear
Expandi’s workspaces group accounts and support team permissions. Decide who prepares campaigns, who approves the copy and who follows up when someone replies. Keep the Linkwiz review aligned with those same employees so findings reach the people who can act on them.
Its integration options include CRM connections, webhooks and other sales tools. The documented Smartlead integration is configured for an individual LinkedIn account, rather than every account in a workspace at once. Check the setup for each sender and decide where the team will manage the next conversation when a lead moves between tools.
Use one owner for the shared workflow: keep the sender list current, make sure profile updates reach employees and review the campaign with the person responsible for replies. The two products can be used together through this process; this guide does not describe a direct Linkwiz–Expandi integration.
Connect AI to the part of the work you want help with
Linkwiz’s AI and team-chat integrations let people discuss the reports and activity they can access. A manager can ask about findings across selected employees. An employee can ask for help with their own profile updates or discuss a contribution to a relevant post.
Expandi also documents an MCP connection, currently described in its setup instructions as beta. Its capability guide covers supported lead actions, campaign analysis, campaign drafts and inbox reply drafts. Confirm availability for your account.
For example, ask a Linkwiz-connected assistant which sender profiles need attention, then ask an Expandi-connected assistant to review where leads stop progressing through a campaign. The connections provide access to different information and actions. Expandi’s documentation keeps launches and sends subject to approval; review the proposed action before it runs.
Review campaign results and the people behind them
In Expandi, inspect the builder campaign’s per-step statistics. You can see leads waiting at a step, those who received an action and those who replied, then open the corresponding leads. This helps you decide whether to revise a message or a follow-up path.
In Linkwiz, compare available profile scans to see whether employees made the requested changes. Review captured comments, reposts and posts over the selected activity period, and read the contributions behind the totals. The profile progress guide and engagement review guide explain those checks.
Bring both reviews to the same team discussion. Campaign reporting explains responses within outreach. Linkwiz explains the team’s profiles and captured public participation. A change in one does not, by itself, establish what caused a change in the other.
