Linkwiz guides
See how your team engages with your LinkedIn Page and colleagues
See which employees support company posts and colleagues, review their contributions, and help more people participate with Linkwiz recommendations, AI assistants and Slack.
Your company posts on LinkedIn. Employees publish too. But do you know who comments on those posts, who reposts them and whether the same few people provide most of the support?
Linkwiz brings employees' public LinkedIn activity into a company report. You can see who engages with your company Page and colleagues, review the posts and comments involved, and find recommendations for employees who need help getting started.
LinkedIn already provides Page content analytics and an Activity view for comments, mentions, reposts and reactions. Linkwiz adds a team view: the employees you choose, their results for specific engagement checks and the interactions behind them. The team engagement reporting article explains that comparison in more detail.
Choose the people and period to review
Create a company report in Linkwiz using your company website or LinkedIn Page, then select your employees' LinkedIn profiles. Include sales, marketing and customer success so you can review participation across the company. Linkwiz updates new activity in those profiles weekly. If you already have a report, start there.
The report offers two useful views. Profile Optimization includes Engagement and Networking checks, with Good and Optimize results for each employee. Activity Tracking shows the interactions, including who engaged with whom and what they contributed. Within that area, Team & company focuses on your company and colleagues.
Choose a period that fits your review, such as the past month. Keep it visible as you read the activity figures. The individual checks also state their own time windows, explained below.
The people and results in the visuals below are fictional examples.

See who supports your company Page
Start with the five Engagement checks. Together they answer specific questions about employees' connection to the Page:
- Following: Are they following the company Page?
- Company Likes: Have they liked company posts in the last 30 days?
- Company Comments: Have they commented on company posts in the last 30 days?
- Company Reposts: Have they reposted a company post in the last 30 days?
- Company Mentions: Have they mentioned the company in their posts in the last 90 days?
The Good and Optimize totals show how many employees passed each check or need attention. The employee matrix shows who those people are. For example, someone may follow the Page and like its posts, while having no recent comments or reposts recorded.
Who needs help with which activity?
| Employee | Following | Company Likes | Company Comments | Company Reposts | Company Mentions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

Arielle ReedMarketing Lead | Good | Good | Good | Good | Good |
Peter PanleySDR | Optimize | Optimize | Optimize | Optimize | Optimize |
Jasmine ValeCustomer Success Manager | Good | Good | Good | Good | Optimize |
Use the results to make the next request specific. Someone who does not follow the Page may need its link. Someone who already likes posts may have a useful customer perspective to add to a particular discussion. Those are different starting points.
See how employees support colleagues
Company posts are only part of the picture. Employees also share expertise, customer lessons and company news through their own profiles.
The three Networking checks show whether employees have liked, commented on or reposted colleagues' posts in the last 30 days. Review those results alongside the company checks. A person may be active around colleagues' posts even when they rarely engage with the company Page.

11 interactions with colleagues · 4 employees participated
The interaction matrix helps you see whose posts receive support and from whom. If one subject matter expert receives most of the comments while another receives little, review their posts before deciding what to encourage. A useful contribution might come from a salesperson who hears the same question from customers, or a colleague who helped deliver the project.
Turn the findings into a short team summary
Connect Linkwiz to ChatGPT, Claude or Codex through MCP if you want help summarizing the available findings. Ask for employees and specific checks, so the answer gives you a useful starting point. The integrations page explains the connections.
Prompt: Summarize our company and colleague engagement findings. Which employees need help with comments or reposts? Include the supporting findings and recommended next steps. Keep company posts and colleagues' posts separate.
A short summary with the findings behind it
Summarize our company and colleague engagement findings. Which employees need help with comments or reposts? Include the supporting findings and recommended next steps. Keep company posts and colleagues’ posts separate.
Company posts: Belle’s Company Comments result is Optimize. No company-post comment was recorded in the last 30 days. Her next step is to comment on Walt’s post from 28 September about creating a clear video brief.
Colleagues’ posts: Peter’s Colleagues Comments result is Optimize. He has liked a colleague’s post, but no comment was recorded in the last 30 days. Start with a colleague’s post that relates to questions he hears from prospects.
Look at what people actually contributed
The interaction mix separates reactions, comments, reposts and mentions. It helps you see whether employees mainly react to posts or also add their own perspective and share content with their networks.

Review the activity behind the chart. The supporting feed shows the relevant post and the employee's contribution. For a company post about a customer project, you can read whether the comment adds a project lesson, answers a question or simply offers congratulations.
Read the contribution behind the count
Before a brand video goes into production, agree who it is for and the one message they should remember.
If you want a second perspective, share the post and comment with your AI assistant and ask it to suggest a useful follow-up. Give it the text as well as the link so the discussion has the right context.
Prompt: Read this post and comment. What did the comment add to the discussion, and what useful follow-up could I consider?
Give people relevant help
An Optimize result is a place to start a conversation. Open the employee's finding and review Evidence and Recommended next step. This guidance is already available in Linkwiz without an AI connection.
For Company Comments, the evidence may show no comment on company posts recorded in the scan's 30-day window. The recommendation is to find a post where the employee can add something specific, such as a project lesson, a customer perspective or a useful question.
Belle Beaumont · Company Comments
OptimizeDid they comment on posts of the company Page in the last 30 days?
No comment on the Walt Page’s posts was recorded in the scan’s 30-day window.
Comment on Walt’s post from two days ago about creating a clear video brief. Share one question you ask customers before the brief is approved.
A clear video brief saves rounds of feedback. What do you agree with the customer before production starts?
Match the help to the person. A customer success colleague may have experience relevant to a post about onboarding. A salesperson may be able to explain a question buyers regularly ask. Share a relevant post and the report's recommendation so the employee has a concrete place to begin. The comments guide offers examples of contributions that add to a discussion.
Let employees ask Linkwiz in Slack
With Linkwiz in Slack, employees can discuss a selected report in a private conversation and ask for help in their own words. They can ask what a finding means, what the report recommends and how their experience could be relevant to a company or colleague's post.
Prompt: My report says I haven't commented on company posts recently. What does it recommend I do next? Help me find a contribution that fits my role.
Help based on the employee’s finding
Message Linkwiz
Employees can also use ChatGPT, Claude or Codex to work through the same findings. The useful starting point is the employee's report and experience, whichever conversation tool they prefer.
Make this a useful team review
Use the report to recognize helpful contributions and spot employees who could use support. Review company and colleague engagement separately, read a few relevant contributions and agree a practical next step for the people who need help.
You can ask a connected assistant to prepare the review summary. Include any actions you agreed during the discussion:
Prompt: Summarize the participation findings in this report. Use the agreed actions I provide to create a short follow-up list. Keep company and colleague engagement separate and name the finding behind each action.
Return to the report after later weekly updates. See whether the employees you supported are participating, and review what they contributed. Missing recorded activity is a reason to ask what help would be useful; it does not explain why someone has not participated.
Participation and profile presentation support each other. If employees also need to update their headlines, company details or other profile sections, use the team profile audit and profile updates guide alongside this review.
Start with a clear view of what your team is doing. Then give people relevant posts, useful recommendations and an easy way to ask for help.
