Help the right colleague start the conversation

Two salespeople find the same potential customer on LinkedIn. Both could help, but they need to agree who starts the conversation. That person’s profile should also make it easy for the customer to understand their role and company.

Waalaxy and Linkwiz can support that preparation together. Waalaxy organizes prospects, campaign follow-ups and replies. Linkwiz reviews employee profiles and captured public participation, helping you choose practical updates and support for the people representing your company.

Decide who owns each prospect before the team imports a list

Waalaxy’s team duplicate controls can prevent a prospect already in one colleague’s account from being imported into another’s. Permissions and import settings determine whether duplicates are allowed, so agree the team’s approach before importing.

Choose who is best placed to speak with each group. A salesperson might own new customer conversations while a founder handles strategic partnerships. Give those people relevant lists and a clear reason to contact the prospects in them.

When duplicates exist, Waalaxy’s team view lets you decide who keeps them. Treat the setting as a way to coordinate the current workflow; it does not establish whether someone contacted that prospect elsewhere. Keep the CRM and the team’s existing relationships in the discussion.

Review the employee profiles behind those campaigns

Create a Linkwiz company report for the colleagues who will represent your company. Review headlines, company covers, the current company shown in the profile intro and workplace details. People receiving an invitation or message should be able to understand the sender’s work.

Give each employee a specific next step. Share an available company cover, point to a colleague who passes the relevant check or discuss a clearer headline. Keep their individual expertise visible as they make the update.

Use the team profile audit guide to structure that review and the profile updates guide to help employees complete their changes.

Import into the right member’s account and check the audience

Waalaxy’s current import workflow accepts a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search URL in the app. On a Team plan, you can select the member and destination list. Review the imported people against the audience you intended to reach.

The cloud setup guide explains that Waalaxy works without a mandatory browser extension. Alien Copilot is an optional shortcut for preparing imports. Start with the current app instructions when setting up the team.

Waalaxy also documents auto-imports from signals such as profile visits, connection requests, Sales Navigator lists and people commenting on a post. Choose a signal that fits the offer, then review whether the resulting people belong in the intended conversation.

For example, a video-production team could use an audience interested in video briefs as one starting point. A relevant comment or profile visit provides context; it does not by itself prove buying intent.

Prepare the follow-up and make room for a real reply

Waalaxy’s campaign workflow uses steps, conditions and delays. A message can follow an accepted invitation. When a prospect replies to a campaign note, message or email, Waalaxy removes them from that sequence so the conversation can continue.

Write around a problem the prospect can recognize and a question the sender can discuss. For a production company, that might be how to agree the audience and message before filming. Choose the follow-up around the offer and the customer’s context.

For help with a first draft, Waami uses the language, target audience, value proposition, differentiating factor and intended next action you provide. The employee should review the wording and facts before the campaign begins.

Give the conversation owner a useful way to manage replies

Waalaxy’s LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on for organizing conversations with tags, saved replies and scheduled follow-ups. Agree who is responsible for returning to each conversation and what they should do when a customer asks for more detail.

Saved replies can give the seller a starting point for common questions. Adapt the answer to what the prospect actually said. If the conversation belongs with a specialist or account owner, make that handoff clear.

Waalaxy documents transferring eligible prospects between team members. The transfer moves records out of the original account; prospects already in a campaign cannot be transferred. Agree ownership before enrollment and check the destination list when moving eligible prospects.

Connect your assistant to the part of the work it can help with

Waalaxy’s Copilot skill helps an assistant work through targeting, search preparation, exported-list review and message writing. The skill supplies a method; connecting the account adds supported actions.

Its MCP connector lets ChatGPT or Claude list Waalaxy campaigns and prospect lists, import people and add them to a campaign. Advanced or Business is required, along with an assistant plan that supports the connection. Waalaxy account permissions, quotas and duplicate rules still apply.

Linkwiz’s AI integrations give the assistant access to available employee report findings and captured activity. Discuss a profile update or a relevant company post, then work on wording around the employee’s real experience. Employees can also ask Linkwiz privately in Slack.

If you use both in the same assistant, connect and authorize each product separately. Name the task clearly: prepare a prospect list in Waalaxy, or review a team member’s Linkwiz finding. Review the exact people and campaign before requesting an action that enrolls prospects.

Waalaxy AI is a separate early-access beta for target selection, personalized sequences and prospect conversations. Confirm availability and the offer rather than treating it as included in a standard Waalaxy subscription.

Help employees take part beyond their prospecting campaigns

A salesperson can have a busy prospecting queue and still miss a company or colleague post where their experience would be useful. Give employees a place to find those conversations and ask for help contributing.

Use Linkwiz’s captured activity to review relevant posts. A connected assistant or the conversational Slack agent can help someone think through a comment, a repost or a post of their own. The feed supplies the activity and context; the assistant provides discussion and drafting help.

The engagement recommendations guide explains that workflow. Keep prospect follow-up in the conversation owner’s routine and make public participation support easy for the wider team to access.

Read campaign results and employee progress together

Waalaxy’s campaign analytics includes invitation acceptance and response rates, date filters and CSV exports. Its documentation attributes an accepted invitation to the date it was sent, so the reporting period matters when comparing results.

The team dashboard combines member performance using an average weighted by action volume. Access to team totals and access to individual member statistics are separate permissions. Use the underlying volumes and member views to understand the results.

Bring Linkwiz’s profile progress and participation findings into the same review. Read the available comments, reposts and posts behind those findings. A campaign reply, a profile improvement and a public contribution answer different questions.

Choose the next support around what you find. An unclear company connection needs a profile update. A poorly matched list needs audience review. An employee who wants to participate may need a familiar topic and help drafting. More activity alone does not establish that it caused a meeting or sale.

Agree team access and the subscriptions you need

Waalaxy’s member permissions control team actions and access. Decide who can manage imports, review individual statistics and work in another member’s interface. Linkwiz report access follows its own workspace and report permissions.

The Team plan guide describes seats for LinkedIn accounts, with the same plan and renewal frequency across the team. Confirm Inbox coverage and the current subscription configuration before rollout.

About this guide

Published by Linkwiz. Evidence reviewed 12 October 2026: official Waalaxy product, pricing, API and support pages, alongside Linkwiz product pages and guides. This is a documentation review, rather than a paid-account, connector or campaign test.

Yearly billing was confirmed in the live Waalaxy pricing page. The current cloud and import instructions take precedence over older extension setup text. Confirm plan access, team configuration and add-on pricing for your organization.

Waalaxy’s MCP documentation currently covers prospect lists, campaign listing and imports, rather than full conversation history or campaign-report retrieval. The separate Waalaxy AI product is presented as an early-access beta. Built-in writing, a Copilot skill and an account connector serve different functions.

The report visual is an Example. This guide describes a shared working process and does not announce a direct Linkwiz–Waalaxy integration or commercial partnership. Profile changes and campaign activity do not establish a causal sales result.
