Give a useful reply somewhere to go
A customer replies on LinkedIn and asks to revisit a project next month. Another conversation continues in Sales Navigator. A colleague wants an introduction. Each thread needs a different next step, and a busy inbox can make it easy to forget what was agreed.
Narrow gives the person handling those conversations a focused workspace for messages and follow-ups. Linkwiz helps you review the profiles and public participation of the employees representing your company. Together, they support a practical routine: look after the conversation and the person behind it.
| What you want to improve | Narrow | Linkwiz |
|---|---|---|
| The daily starting point | Find LinkedIn and Sales Navigator conversations in one workspace. | Review employees’ profile findings and captured public activity. |
| The next action | Label the thread, set a stage and add a follow-up reminder. | Choose a profile update or a relevant post to discuss. |
| Help with the work | Use saved snippets and read the message history before replying. | Discuss findings and draft contributions through connected AI or Slack. |
| The review | Return to conversations that are waiting or due for follow-up. | Review profile changes and public participation over time. |
Bring LinkedIn and Sales Navigator conversations into the daily routine
Narrow’s current product workflow uses a Chrome extension to connect the account to its inbox workspace. The employee can read threads, reply, search connections and organize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator conversations there.
Start with the replies that need an answer or an agreed follow-up. For a salesperson, that could be a customer question about a project. For a founder, it might be an introduction or a partnership conversation. Read the history before deciding what should happen next.
Set a short daily block for returning to those threads. The sales workflow recommends reviewing priority replies, setting reminders and returning to waiting conversations. Narrow’s messages are written and sent by the employee.
Review the employee profiles behind the conversations
Create a Linkwiz company report for the people representing your business on LinkedIn. Review their headline, company cover, current company shown in the profile intro and workplace details. A customer visiting the sender’s profile should be able to understand their role and company.

Use the findings to give people a manageable next step. Share an available company cover, point to a colleague who passes the relevant check or help someone explain their role more clearly. Keep each person’s expertise and voice visible.
Narrow also publishes profile preparation advice. Linkwiz gives you employee findings to work through across the team. Follow the profile audit guide and profile updates guide to organize that work.
Use a label, a stage and a reminder for different questions
Narrow’s labels guide distinguishes the relationship from the next action. A label identifies the kind of conversation, while a stage and reminder help you decide when to return to it.
Example: Belle receives a message from a customer who wants to discuss a video brief after their planning meeting. She labels the thread Customer, moves it to a waiting stage and sets a reminder for the agreed week. When she returns, she can read the earlier messages and ask about the outcome of that meeting.
Choose a small set of labels and stages the people doing the work understand. A founder may want separate labels for partners and customers; a salesperson may work mainly with prospects and existing accounts. Agree similar meanings where that helps coordination, then let each person manage their own queue.
Make common answers easier to write
Narrow includes snippets for saved replies. Use them as a starting point for recurring questions, then adapt the wording to the actual conversation. A snippet can save rewriting the same explanation while the message history helps the employee answer what this person asked.
Example: a customer asks what is needed before video production starts. Belle can begin with a saved explanation of the briefing process, then ask which audience the customer wants to reach and what the video should help that audience do.
Keep approved product details and links easy for employees to find. If a question needs a specialist, agree who should answer it and pass on the relevant context. Keep formal customer records and ownership in your CRM. Narrow’s sales page describes its role as the LinkedIn conversation layer alongside that system of record.
Use screening to choose what deserves attention
Narrow’s screening guide describes AI inbox screening that groups messages into categories such as leads, network conversations, cold pitches and broadcasts. Review the message itself when deciding which thread to work on.
A short reply can still matter. Someone asking whether you work with companies like theirs may need a useful answer, while a longer message may have little relevance to your work. Screening gives you a place to start; the employee decides what the relationship needs.
Super Pro adds screening capacity and priority support. Check the current credits and billing period against the volume of messages the employee expects to review.
Use connected AI for profile findings and public contributions
Narrow’s inbox screening helps organize incoming messages. Linkwiz’s AI integrations support a different conversation: discussing accessible employee report findings and captured public activity, then working through a useful next step.
An employee can ask a connected assistant for help with a headline finding or discuss a company post they could comment on. In Slack, they can speak privately with Linkwiz and develop a contribution around their experience. The activity feed supplies posts and context; the connected assistant or conversational agent provides discussion and drafting help.
Keep each task clear. Narrow is where the employee manages their private LinkedIn replies. Linkwiz is where the team reviews profile findings and captured public participation. This workflow does not automatically bring Narrow’s private messages into a Linkwiz conversation.
Make room for public participation as well as private replies
An employee can stay on top of direct messages and still miss a company or colleague post where they have something useful to add. Give those public conversations a place in the routine too.
Use Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking to find captured company and employee activity. A connected assistant or the Slack agent can help the person discuss what to contribute and draft it. The weekly recommendations guide explains how to make that support easy to return to.
A customer question might suggest a useful public topic, such as what to agree before a video brief is approved. The employee can share a general lesson from their work without treating a private conversation as a public testimonial.
Review waiting conversations and employee progress
Narrow’s Sales Navigator workflow recommends a weekly review of conversations that need attention. Return to waiting threads, check agreed follow-up dates and decide which opportunities belong in the CRM.
Alongside that routine, use Linkwiz to review profile improvements over time and captured participation. Read the available contributions behind the findings and decide what support would help next.
A conversation stage, a completed profile update and a public contribution answer different questions. Use them to guide the next action; none of them alone establishes that an improvement caused a meeting or sale.
Choose access and plans around the people doing the work
Start Narrow with the people who regularly manage LinkedIn conversations. Create the Linkwiz report for the employees whose profiles and public participation you want to review, and decide who needs access to help them act.
| Product or plan | Starting point | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Linkwiz Starter | $25/month; 25 profiles, 3 companies and 3 workspace users. | Choose report access and employee coverage for your team. |
| Narrow Pro | $19/month with monthly billing. | Inbox, labels, reminders, board, snippets, search and in-app messaging. |
| Narrow Super Pro | $29/month with monthly billing. | Adds 1,500 Screener credits per month and priority support. |
| Narrow yearly billing | Pro $15/month; Super Pro $22/month, billed yearly. | Super Pro lists 18,000 Screener credits per year. Confirm access for each employee. |
The Narrow pricing page offers monthly and yearly billing. Both plans include its core inbox workspace; Super Pro adds screening credits and priority support. Confirm account coverage and billing for your rollout. Use Linkwiz pricing to choose profile, company and workspace-user coverage.
Agree what each person owns in the working process: replying to their messages, maintaining the CRM record when needed, updating their profile and asking for help with public participation. A shared routine does not require everyone to use the same inbox tool.
About this guide
Published by Linkwiz. Evidence reviewed 12 October 2026: Narrow’s official product, pricing, sales and founder pages, selected workflow articles and current Chrome Web Store listing, alongside Linkwiz product pages and guides. This is a documentation review, rather than an extension, paid-account or customer-outcome test.
Monthly and yearly prices were checked in the live billing selector. The default displayed prices use yearly billing. Current account coverage, shared-inbox permissions, CRM synchronization and native assistant-connector access were not established by the reviewed Narrow pages; this guide does not promise those features.
The report visual and sample conversations are Examples. This guide describes a shared working process and does not announce a direct Linkwiz–Narrow integration or commercial partnership. Narrow’s message organization, its AI screening and Linkwiz’s connected-assistant support serve different tasks.
