Give salespeople a clear next step and a profile that explains their work
A prospect receives an email, takes a call and then looks up the salesperson on LinkedIn. The conversation needs a timely follow-up. The profile needs to make it easy to understand who that person is, what they do and which company they represent.
Linkwiz and Klenty can support both parts of that journey. Klenty organizes sales conversations and follow-up across channels. Linkwiz reviews employee profiles and captured public participation, helping your team choose practical updates and contributions.
| The team needs | Klenty | Linkwiz |
|---|---|---|
| A clear next action | Organize prospect follow-up across calls, email and LinkedIn tasks. | Review the seller’s profile and company connection. |
| A coordinated team | Use shared cadences, sender settings and task assignments. | Give employees specific findings to discuss and improve. |
| AI help | Research accounts, draft outreach and support conversation follow-up. | Discuss accessible findings and relevant posts through connected AI or Slack. |
| A useful review | Read sales activity, sequence results and conversation evidence. | Review profile changes and captured public participation. |
Organize calls, emails and LinkedIn tasks in the same sales routine
Klenty’s multichannel workflow brings prospect follow-up into a planned sequence. A cadence is the order of emails, calls and other tasks a seller follows. Decide the next action around the conversation and the prospect’s situation.
For a video-production company, a seller might send a short introduction, arrange a call about the brief and follow up with a relevant project. Klenty can coordinate the steps. The seller brings the customer context and checks that the next message fits what was discussed.
Include LinkedIn where it helps the conversation. Klenty documents profile views, connection requests, messages and InMail as LinkedIn task types. These are prospect-facing actions, while the Linkwiz review concerns the employees representing your company.
Review the profile a prospect will see
Create a Linkwiz company report for the salespeople involved. Review headlines, company covers, the current company shown in the profile intro and workplace details. A prospect should be able to connect the email or conversation with the person’s role on LinkedIn.

Example · See which employees need which profile updates.
Give each employee a specific update and an available company asset where useful. A colleague who passes the relevant check can provide a good example. Keep the seller’s expertise and individual voice in the wording.
Use the team profile audit guide to structure the review and the profile updates guide to help employees complete their next steps.
Keep the right person attached to every conversation
A shared sales sequence still needs the right sender. Klenty’s team-wide cadence guide describes two settings: Default uses the account of the person starting the prospects, while Prospect Owner uses the account of the prospect’s owner. Each user connects their email and sets a default signature.
Choose that responsibility before enrolling the team. Check the sender and signature against the CRM owner and the seller’s LinkedIn profile. A prospect should recognize the person continuing the discussion, even when several colleagues use the same sequence.
Use shared messaging for accurate company facts and let the seller adapt the message to the conversation. Linkwiz findings can help identify profile updates needed by those senders; Klenty’s settings govern the sales workflow.
Give sellers a practical LinkedIn task list
Klenty’s plugin instructions require the prospect’s LinkedIn URL and a signed-in Klenty Chrome plugin. Scheduled tasks are then available for the seller to work through.
Its task execution guide describes approval before the plugin runs tasks in a series. Account setup and task type matter, so agree how the team will review and complete those actions.
Keep the task list and public participation easy to understand. A planned prospect message has a specific recipient. A useful comment on a company or colleague post contributes to a public conversation. The employee may want help with either, but they serve different purposes.
Hand off the follow-up without losing who owns it
Klenty supports reassigning scheduled calls and tasks to active teammates, individually or in bulk. This can help when a colleague is away or a different seller is better placed to continue a conversation.
Make the handoff concrete: who will respond, what was agreed and when the next step is due. Review the new owner’s sender settings and profile so the customer can understand who is taking over.
Klenty lists integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics. Its HubSpot workflow describes importing contact lists, recording email activity and creating follow-up tasks. Check the specific integration and field mapping your team uses.
Use AI help for the conversation in front of the employee
Klenty’s Agentic Cadences can research accounts and prospects and prepare personalized emails. Its Action AI uses sales conversation context to create follow-up actions, including email drafts queued for approval. Check the features included in your setup and review the customer facts before sending.
Linkwiz’s AI integrations support another practical conversation: discuss accessible profile findings or relevant company and colleague posts in ChatGPT, Claude or Codex. The assistant can help someone understand an update or draft what they could contribute.
Employees can also ask Linkwiz privately in Slack. Linkwiz supplies findings and captured activity; the connected assistant or conversational Slack agent provides help with wording and ideas.
For example, a seller who hears the same question about video briefs might discuss a relevant company post with the assistant and work on a helpful comment. That public contribution can sit alongside the prospect follow-up managed in Klenty.
Review sales conversations and public participation together
Klenty’s Goals and Reports covers seller activity, prospect coverage and conversion targets, with sequence, team and list views. Its goals can be set daily, weekly or monthly. Conversation tracking and coaching features provide additional material for a sales review, depending on the plan.
Bring Linkwiz profile findings and captured comments, reposts and posts into the same team discussion. Someone can be busy following up with prospects and still need a profile update or help finding a relevant public conversation.
Read the evidence behind both kinds of activity. Use Klenty to understand the follow-up and sales conversation; use Linkwiz to understand the available profile and participation findings. Choose the support around what the employee needs.
A better profile or more comments alone does not establish that a meeting or sale was caused by those changes. Keep reporting periods and data sources clear when discussing results.
Look at what changed and decide where coaching will help
Klenty’s report exports cover cadence, team, prospect-list and call reports. Agree the reporting period and the measures that matter to the sales team, then bring those results to the regular review.
Use Linkwiz’s profile progress workflow to review changes across reports. The engagement review guide helps you read captured participation and the contributions behind it.
Separate the next steps clearly. A weak follow-up calls for sales coaching. An unclear company connection needs a profile update. An employee who wants to join more relevant conversations may benefit from a post to discuss with an assistant. Assign that support and return to it in the next review.
Agree which teammates can see and manage the work
Klenty’s permission controls let owners and admins manage access to actions involving prospects, cadences, sender accounts and calls. Confirm the controls available in the current plan rather than assuming everyone has the same access.
Agree who can reassign tasks, change shared sequences and review conversations. Linkwiz report access and assistant conversations follow their own workspace and report permissions. Sharing a workflow does not automatically share account access between the products.
Give each seller a clear place to ask for help: sales follow-up questions with the coordinator or coaching workflow, and profile or participation questions through the available Linkwiz support.
Budget for reviewed profiles, seller seats and calling
Linkwiz counts reviewed profiles and workspace users coordinating reports. Klenty’s multichannel plans are priced per user, with included calling minutes and additional features by tier. Match the subscription to the people doing each job.

About this guide
Published by Linkwiz. Evidence reviewed 12 October 2026: official Klenty product, pricing and support documentation, alongside Linkwiz product pages and guides. This is a documentation review, rather than a paid-account or connector test.
Current Klenty pricing takes precedence over older plan names in support articles. Annual Growth and Plus prices are shown; confirm task access, permissions, AI, reporting and calling costs with the vendor. A product-page AI summary link does not establish a connector in an employee’s own ChatGPT or Claude account.
The report visual is an Example. This guide describes a shared working process and does not announce a direct Linkwiz–Klenty integration or commercial partnership. Activity counts and profile changes do not establish a causal sales result.
