Give outreach a reason and the team a clear next step

A company starts hiring for a new market. Someone you have spoken with moves into a different role. A prospect replies to an email, then continues the conversation on LinkedIn. Each situation gives your team a different reason to act.

lemlist helps you turn prospect information and relevant changes into researched outreach and follow-up. Linkwiz helps you review the employee profiles and public participation behind that work. Together, they support a practical routine: understand the prospect, prepare the employee and review what happens next.

Choose changes that matter to your customers

lemlist’s Intent Signals includes events such as hiring, funding, job changes, website visits and LinkedIn engagement. Its agents can suggest signals to monitor and use the results to develop outreach ideas.

Choose a change that connects to the problem your company helps solve. A new market launch might matter to a video production company because the customer needs to explain its offer to a new audience. The signal gives the salesperson something to investigate; it does not establish that the prospect wants to buy.

Example: Belle notices a company expanding into another market. She checks the announcement and the person responsible, then prepares a question about how they plan to explain their product there. The message starts with a relevant business situation.

Prepare the people a prospect will see on LinkedIn

Create a Linkwiz company report for the employees representing your business. Review their headline, company cover, current company shown in the profile intro and workplace details. A prospect who visits the sender’s profile should be able to understand their role and company.

Example: the report helps the team see which employees need a clearer company connection. Share an available company cover or show a colleague who passes the relevant check, then give each person a manageable update.

The team profile audit guide explains the review, and the profile updates guide explains how to help employees act. Their own expertise and voice should remain visible.

Use research to answer a specific question

lemlist’s AI enrichment can gather context from websites, LinkedIn profiles, CRM records and past calls, then return information as fields you can use in a campaign.

Ask for information that changes the message: which market the company is entering, what the person is responsible for or which question came up in an earlier conversation. Review the result before using it, especially when it will become a claim about the prospect.

Keep company history available to the team. lemlist’s Companies section brings associated contacts, ownership and logged account activity into one place. Read that history before deciding who should contact the account next.

Make the next step fit the contact’s situation

lemlist’s multichannel sequences combine email, LinkedIn and calls, with other channels depending on the setup. Its conditions let the path change according to available contact details or actions such as accepting an invitation.

Example: Belle starts with a short email about the company’s expansion. The LinkedIn path depends on whether she can contact the person there. If a connection is accepted, the next message can continue the same topic. A reply gives her new context to read before deciding how to follow up.

Choose the sender and review the path before launch. lemlist documents LinkedIn visits, invitations, messages, InMail and voice messages. Check the connected account and current plan for the steps you intend to use.

Build and review the campaign in a conversation

The built-in lemAgent can help find prospects, enrich contacts and develop a campaign from a plain-language brief. Shared company context and saved audiences help teammates work from the same foundation.

Give it a useful brief: who you want to contact, the business situation, what you can help with and the next step you want to offer. Review the resulting list, sequence and messages before approving launch.

Example: ask it to prepare a campaign for companies expanding into a new market, with a message about planning the video brief. The employee checks the companies and wording, then decides which people and messages belong in the campaign.

Continue the conversation when someone replies

lemlist’s Unified Inbox brings connected conversations and sender history together so the team can read replies and take the next step. Its campaign and task views also help people return to leads who need attention.

Use lead scoring to help prioritize the queue, then read the actual reply. lemlist describes the score as a dynamic prioritization signal, rather than a fixed total you can reproduce by adding event points.

Example: a prospect asks whether one video could serve both new customers and existing accounts. Belle can answer that question and agree a next step, using the history already available to the team. A score or an opened email alone does not answer what the person needs.

Bring each product’s information into the right AI conversation

lemlist’s MCP tool reference includes campaign details, sequences, inbox threads, tasks and consolidated campaign reports. It also documents actions such as editing a sequence or sending a reply, with confirmation for changes and credit-consuming operations.

Its ChatGPT and Claude guide explains how to use those tools in conversation. Example: ask for a review of this week’s replies and a proposed change to the messages before making any campaign change.

Connect Linkwiz separately through its AI integrations to discuss accessible employee report findings and captured public activity. In Slack, employees can ask the conversational Linkwiz agent for help with their profile or a contribution. These connections use each product’s authorized information; they do not automatically synchronize lemlist and Linkwiz.

Include public participation in the employee routine

Direct messages and follow-up are one part of a salesperson’s LinkedIn activity. Company and colleague posts can also give employees opportunities to answer questions or share practical experience.

Use Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking to find captured posts and participation. A connected assistant or the Slack agent can help the employee discuss a relevant post and draft what to contribute. The feed supplies posts and context; the assistant provides the conversation and drafting help.

Example: Belle’s question about agreeing the audience for a video may also fit a company post about preparing a brief. She can share a useful lesson from her work. The weekly recommendations guide explains how to make that support easy to return to.

Review campaign results alongside employee progress

Use lemlist’s campaign reports to review replies and the steps people reached. Its campaign CSV export provides per-lead and per-step detail. That export is for one campaign; consolidated reporting is separately documented in its MCP tools.

Review Linkwiz profile improvements over time and captured public participation alongside that sales review. Decide whether the employee needs a profile update, a more relevant topic or help developing a contribution.

Keep qualified opportunities in the sales process. lemlist documents Salesforce opportunity triggers for replies or leads marked interested. Choose the trigger around what your team treats as qualified. Campaign activity, a profile change or a public comment alone does not establish a sales result.

About this guide

Published by Linkwiz. Evidence reviewed 12 October 2026: lemlist’s official product and pricing pages, current help for companies, conditions, scoring, exports, LinkedIn steps, CRM and MCP, alongside Linkwiz product pages and guides. Public documentation and live pricing were reviewed; paid accounts, campaigns and connectors were not tested.

Monthly prices were verified in the live selector, which displayed EUR. Yearly figures are monthly equivalents billed yearly. Some help pages still use older plan names; confirm current advanced-condition and channel entitlements. MCP documentation describes available tools and confirmations, not a tested unattended workflow. Interactive MCP panels are described as a progressive beta.

The report and sample conversations are Examples. No direct Linkwiz–lemlist integration or commercial partnership is announced. Vendor reach and reply-rate claims are not presented as measured results for this shared workflow. Private campaign conversations and captured public employee activity answer different questions.
