What will happen after someone gets their score?
A French-speaking salesperson wants a profile that explains their expertise more clearly. Their marketing lead wants the whole team to represent the company accurately before the next campaign. Those goals overlap, but the work after the review is different.
ProfilScore can give the salesperson a starting point, writing tools and access to a human reviewer. Linkwiz gives the marketing lead a shared view of employee findings and a way to organize updates. Choose according to who will act on the advice and who needs to follow up.

Use Linkwiz when you are responsible for the team's updates
Example: your sales team is preparing for a campaign in France. The company cover and approved description are ready, but some employees still list an old workplace or omit the company from their headline. You need to see who needs help and send each person the relevant update.
Open the Linkwiz company matrix, inspect a finding and use its evidence to decide what to send. The team profile audit guide shows that review in detail.

Send the approved cover where it is needed. For a headline, share the company context and a good colleague example, then let the employee explain their own work. A personal score can guide that employee; the shared report helps the lead coordinate the team.
Use ProfilScore to choose your next profile improvement
ProfilScore’s free profile score is an 18-question self-assessment in French. You open your LinkedIn profile and answer questions about six areas, including your headline, About section and activity.
It returns a score out of 100 and three priorities. The methodology explains how the answers are weighted. The tool uses what you tell it, rather than inspecting the live profile.
Use the priorities to choose a change you can make now. If the headline is a priority, work on how it describes your role and the people you help. A higher questionnaire score is useful feedback on your answers; it does not establish that more buyers will find or contact you.
For a different starting point, the ResumeMetric comparison looks at feedback on supplied profile text and when a free tool can cover the task.
Turn a headline priority into wording you can publish
ProfilScore's free tool collection gives you somewhere to go after the questionnaire. For French-speaking employees, that can make the first rewrite easier.
Example: a salesperson's headline says only “Account Executive.” In the generator, enter their role, the customers they work with and the value they help deliver. Supply a result only if it is accurate and suitable to share. The About generator offers a similar starting point for the longer introduction, with a choice of tone.
The employee should edit the draft for their own voice and check company claims before publishing. The About analyzer can provide additional feedback on the text they paste. These are writing aids; the useful outcome is a clearer live profile, not simply another saved draft.
For a team rollout, give each employee a short brief: the change needed, the approved company facts or asset, and who can answer questions. Linkwiz findings and passed colleague examples help make that brief specific. The employee updates guide explains how to support the update.
When someone needs a conversation about their findings, Linkwiz's connected AI assistants and Slack agent can help them work through the changes. An exported personal optimization plan also gives their own assistant instructions to follow. See the team AI agent guide.
When is the paid human review worth considering?
A writing tool can produce options without resolving which positioning suits your business. If that is the decision you need help with, ProfilScore's paid audit offers offer an individual review in French.
Audit Expert lists a scored PDF and ten prioritized actions. Signature adds a rewritten headline and About section, a 30-minute call and 14 days of message follow-up.
Before ordering, send a clear brief: who the profile should speak to, what the person actually does, which company claims they can use and what action a visitor should take. Choose the audit for feedback or Signature when you also want rewriting and a discussion. Keep the wider team's update list separate from that individual coaching engagement.
If you manage a coaching program rather than a single audit, see the SkillsFirst comparison for coach reviews, member access and progress reporting.
For a cover update, send the asset as well as the advice
A note to “improve your banner” leaves the employee to solve a design problem. If the company already has an approved cover, send that file with the request. Use an employee who passed the relevant Linkwiz check as a practical example.
ProfilScore’s banner generator lets a person choose text, colors and a layout, then export a PNG. It can help create an asset; the employee still needs to review it and upload it to LinkedIn.
If employees create their own covers, agree the logo, colors and company wording first. Use Linkwiz to identify who needs an update and review later findings; use the design tool to make the asset. That keeps creative help connected to the team task.
For a reusable company asset library, the Canva guide explains the handoff from a cover design to an employee’s profile update.
Decide whether you need an activity plan or a view of participation
ProfilScore also has content and planning tools. Someone improving their own LinkedIn routine may want help deciding what to publish and when.
For example, the editorial calendar and 90-day plan provide planning support. They can sit alongside profile work when the employee's next step is to become more active.
Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking lets a company lead review captured interactions and the company or colleague posts behind them. That is useful when the question is where employees are joining relevant conversations.

The feed provides posts and context. Connected AI assistants and the conversational Slack agent can help employees discuss a relevant contribution and draft it. The weekly recommendations guide explains how to offer that help.
Review the live change, then use the score as a second reference
For an individual, save the starting scorecard and the wording you intend to change. Publish the revised profile, then repeat the questionnaire consistently. ProfilScore's score page says answers are not retained when you close it, so keep your own dated records.
Review those records alongside the actual headline, About section or cover you changed. The useful question is whether the profile now explains the person's work more clearly. The questionnaire score alone cannot answer whether the changes brought more relevant conversations.
In Linkwiz, compare available scans for the same employees to inspect changed profile findings. For participation, choose comparable periods and employee groups, then read the supporting contributions behind the totals. The profile progress guide and engagement review guide cover those reviews.
For the marketing lead, the follow-up is practical: which employees completed their updates, what still needs attention and who would benefit from more help. Keep that team review separate from an individual's writing feedback.

Use the current ProfilScore pricing page to confirm the service scope before ordering. Individual audit prices do not establish a company package; ask for a separate proposal if you want coaching for several employees.
Linkwiz pricing separates tracked people from workspace members. Employees whose profiles appear in a report do not each need a paid Linkwiz account. Budget according to who needs individual coaching and who will operate the team workflow.
Try the workflow before rolling it out
Choose one employee and one useful change. If they can use ProfilScore's French assessment and writing tools to make that update confidently, it may be enough for their individual task. Consider the human service when they need judgment about positioning or a reviewed rewrite.
If the harder part is identifying updates across employees, distributing the right assets and knowing what changed later, start with a small Linkwiz company report. Check whether the findings let your team lead give each employee a clear next step.
The tools can also serve different parts of the same process: ProfilScore for individual writing or coaching, Linkwiz for the shared review and follow-up. Agree the company context first, and judge the process by useful updates completed.

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 16 October 2026. Reviewed official ProfilScore assessment, methodology, writing, planning and pricing pages, alongside Linkwiz pricing and approved guides. The earlier 13 October review tested the questionnaire with example answers and recalculated after changing one answer. This revision refreshed public documentation; no new generated output, paid audit or customer outcome was tested.
ProfilScore's French-language material was interpreted in English. Some pages differ on score thresholds and service timing, so this comparison avoids those conflicting labels and promises. Individual service prices do not establish private team arrangements.
Vendor algorithm and conversion claims were not independently verified. Linkwiz progress depends on available scans, and activity reviews reflect captured contributions. Using both products does not imply a direct integration.
