Give the team a plan for profiles, posts and participation
Your marketing team has a campaign ready. The founder wants to publish a point of view, salespeople have customer questions worth sharing, and colleagues could add useful comments. You need to prepare the profiles people will visit, help employees create content and make the relevant conversations easy to find.
Linkwiz and Postiv can support that work together. Linkwiz gives the lead a company report covering employee profiles and participation. Postiv gives connected contributors a place to plan content, create it, get approval and publish. Both also offer AI connections and ways to help people engage.
| The team’s next job | Linkwiz | Postiv |
|---|---|---|
| Prepare employee profiles | Review selected employees together, open findings and share examples that passed a check. | Use the free profile optimizer for individual section scores and suggested rewrites. |
| Plan the week | Find company and colleague posts in Activity Tracking for the team to discuss. | Use Bob’s posting plan, content themes and sources to choose what to create. |
| Create and publish content | Discuss accessible findings and next steps with a connected AI assistant or the Slack agent. | Draft posts and visuals, collect approvals and schedule publishing. |
| Join relevant conversations | Review company and colleague participation and explore the posts behind it. | Work through incoming comments and posts from profiles on your engagement lists. |
| Work from your AI assistant | Bring report findings and activity into the conversation through the Linkwiz connection. | Bring content research, drafts, scheduling and analytics into the conversation through Postiv MCP. |
| Review progress | Compare available profile scans and review captured team participation over a chosen period. | Review connected profiles’ post results, reach and audience growth against previous periods. |
Start with the profiles customers will see
When someone reads an employee’s post or comment, their next stop may be that person’s profile. Before the campaign starts, review the people who will represent your company in Linkwiz.
The report matrix shows which employees need attention. Open a finding to see the evidence and recommendation, then look at colleagues who passed that check for useful examples. A company cover image may help several people; a headline update may need a more personal conversation.

Share the relevant profile update guidance and give each person a manageable next step. Postiv’s free profile optimizer can also help an individual work on their wording: it provides section scores, suggested rewrites and priorities. The team report and an individual writing exercise can be useful at different points in the same process.
Turn the campaign into posts people can publish
Now give the contributors something specific to work with. In Postiv, set the themes they will write about and add the company material they can draw from. Its AI planning agent, Bob, uses those sources and past content results to propose a posting week.
For Walt’s video-production campaign, Belle might explain a question customers ask before approving a brief. Jasmine might share a lesson from helping a customer through feedback. Those are different experiences connected to the same company topic. Each person can develop the idea in their own words.
Use Postiv’s content tools to draft the post and create a carousel, image or infographic when the idea needs one. Then move it into the shared calendar. On the Team plan, designated approvers can approve, deny or request changes before scheduled posts go live. Company pages and connected personal profiles can be managed together.
The lead can coordinate the topic and review while the employee supplies the real example. Our content creation guide covers turning practical experience into posts.
Help colleagues join the conversations around those posts
Publishing gives the team a starting point for discussion. Postiv can notify the team in Slack when a colleague’s post goes live. Its engagement inbox collects comments on connected profiles’ posts, and its feed shows posts from profiles on chosen lists. People can reply, ask for a draft and edit it before sending.
Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking gives you a feed around the company and the people you select. Use it to find company and colleague posts and inspect captured comments, reactions and reposts. The report’s engagement findings help a lead see where employees may benefit from support.
For example, the Walt Page asks what to agree with a customer before video production starts. Belle knows the questions customers ask. She can discuss the post with a connected AI assistant or the Linkwiz agent in Slack, explain a recent customer conversation and get help drafting a contribution based on it.
The Linkwiz feed supplies the post and activity context. The connected assistant provides conversational and drafting help. Use the weekly recommendations guide to build that routine. Decide which feed and notification channel each person will use so the team receives a useful prompt rather than repeated reminders.
Bring the right work into ChatGPT, Claude or Codex
Both products support working through an AI assistant. Connect Linkwiz for accessible company reports, employee findings and activity. Connect Postiv through MCP for its content workspace, including research, drafts, scheduling and performance information.
An employee can discuss a Linkwiz finding and work through a profile update. A content lead can ask their assistant to develop a Postiv draft from approved company material. Choose the connected tool that holds the information needed for that request, and review the proposed action before publishing.
Employees can also ask the Linkwiz agent for private help in Slack. For someone without a Linkwiz connector in their own AI account, export a personal profile optimization plan for them to upload. The team AI agent guide explains those options.
Review the profiles, the participation and the content results
At the next review, keep three questions separate. Did the profiles improve? Did employees join relevant conversations? Which posts reached people and started useful discussion?
In Linkwiz, compare available report scans for the same employees and inspect the findings that changed. Review captured participation for the period you chose, then read the contributions behind the totals. The profile progress and engagement review guides explain the process.
Postiv’s analytics show connected profiles’ content results, including impressions, engagement and follower growth, with previous-period comparisons. Use those results to decide which themes or formats to develop next. Postiv also offers team reporting, so the choice is about which information you need for the review.
Bring the findings back to the next week’s plan. Someone may need a clearer profile, another person a more relevant post to comment on, and a regular contributor a fresh content idea. Give each a practical next step.

Creator or Team plans
Creator plans cover one connected LinkedIn profile. Team includes unlimited members and profiles, shared assets and approval workflows. Monthly and annual billing are available; the profile optimizer is a separate free tool.
See Postiv plans →Count the employees you want to review in Linkwiz, then the contributors who need a publishing workspace in Postiv. They may be different groups. Start with the work each group needs and check the current plan terms.
When does using both make sense?
Use both when you want a company view of employee profile improvements and participation, alongside a shared content creation and publishing routine. Linkwiz can support a wider group of employees while Postiv serves the people creating and managing posts.
If you mainly need to review your team’s profiles and company engagement, start with a Linkwiz company report. If your immediate job is content planning, approval and publishing, start with Postiv. Add the second tool when the additional work makes it useful.
Start a reportAbout this guide
This guide uses official product pages and pricing information. It is a documentation review, not paid hands-on testing or a customer outcome study. Walt, Belle, Jasmine and the report data are illustrative.
Postiv offers team reporting, a profile optimizer, saved audits, engagement tools, Slack alerts and MCP access. We acknowledge that overlap. This is a suggested workflow for using separate products together; it does not claim a direct Linkwiz–Postiv integration or automatic data sharing.
Linkwiz’s reports reflect captured public profile and activity information. Comparing profile progress needs more than one available scan and a consistent selection of employees. Postiv content analytics require connected profiles and the relevant access. Neither a profile score nor activity totals establish a business outcome on their own.
Postiv’s public pricing view changes with billing period and displayed currency. Check its current prices and plan features before subscribing. Its free optimizer asks for an email or sign-in to reveal exact rewrites and download the PDF; logged-in users can run a fresh audit after edits. No paid audit or new account was created for this guide.
