Choose the work you want to improve

Use MagicPost when your team needs a regular LinkedIn content workflow: ideas, drafts, each employee’s writing style, scheduling, replies and post analytics. Its Team plan adds shared calendars, brand guidance, member activity and aggregated results. It can already help you manage and measure employee posting.

Add Linkwiz when you also want coordinated updates to the profiles representing your company and an ongoing review of available participation around company and colleague posts. A team lead can use findings and evidence to choose who needs help, what to update and which conversations deserve attention.

Prepare the people behind the posts

Start with one employee group. Create a Linkwiz company report through the UI and review the headline, company cover, current company in the profile intro and workplace in Experience. Open findings that need attention before assigning an update.

Give people a usable asset or a relevant example from a colleague who passed the check. A clear cover-image file or a specific headline update makes the task easier to finish. The team profile updates guide explains how to coordinate the work.

Example: Walt wants sales and customer success colleagues to share practical lessons about video briefs. Belle can write about the question she asks customers before production starts. Make sure the people joining that conversation show their current company and role, then help them develop their own contribution.

Give the writing tool useful experience to work with

MagicPost’s knowledge base separates who you are, what you talk about and how you write. Employees can add background, audience, offer, documents, post history and writing rules. Use that context to turn a customer question or project lesson into a draft.

For Belle, start with what the customer actually asked: can one video serve both new prospects and existing customers? Her useful contribution is how agreeing the main audience helped the team choose a clearer message. Give MagicPost that experience rather than only asking for a post about video production.

The post generator accepts a topic, URL or file. Employees can adapt the draft, import a writing style and create supporting visuals or carousels. Keep their examples and observations in the post so each contribution adds something readers can use.

On Team, administrators can share AI guidelines, templates and a team brand kit. Members keep their individual identity while using company design guidance. Agree the message and useful examples, then let each person explain the part they know.

Make the draft, review and publishing handoff clear

MagicPost gives each member a workspace and LinkedIn connection. Administrators can work across member accounts and see the team calendar, so they can spread posts out rather than asking everyone to publish the same message at once.

Use Approval mode when someone should review a member’s scheduled posts. On Team, an administrator enables it for each member. A pending post does not publish at its scheduled time. This is a configured review process, not an automatic rule for every Team post.

The employee can review through a shared link without a MagicPost subscription. Approval and Editing links give different abilities: editing access also lets the recipient change content and scheduling. Choose the link that fits the person’s responsibility.

Keep ownership clear. Belle supplies her experience and checks the draft; marketing helps with company wording and the publishing calendar. The Linkwiz lead follows up on profile findings. Writing a draft, approving it and completing a profile update are separate tasks.

Use focused feeds to find a useful conversation

MagicPost already has an engagement feed. You build lists of selected profiles, see their latest posts, and react or comment from MagicPost. Its Reply tab handles comments received on your own posts. Use this when employees want a regular routine around relevant creators or contacts.

Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking provides company and colleague posts and available contributions around them. Use that context when the team wants to support a company announcement or join a colleague’s discussion. Read the post and finding before deciding what help would be useful.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.

Belle’s Company Comments finding may lead her to Walt’s video-brief post. A connected assistant or the Linkwiz Slack agent can ask about her recent customer questions and help her draft a response. The feed supplies the posts; the conversation supplies the discussion and drafting help.

Keep the routine relevant to each person’s work. Someone may have a short comment to add; another person may have enough experience for an original post. The weekly engagement guide shows how to make the starting point specific.

Connect both tools to your assistant for their respective work

MagicPost has its own MCP connection for ChatGPT, Claude and other supported assistants. It can read metrics, find inspiration, generate a draft and schedule a post. Organization administrators also get tools to review members and team metrics, read member posts, and create or schedule a member’s draft.

Connect Linkwiz separately for accessible company reports, profile findings and company activity. You can discuss what needs attention, then use MagicPost for the employee’s content and publishing workflow. For example, review Belle’s profile findings through Linkwiz, then ask MagicPost to prepare a draft using the customer lesson she provided.

Check the actual action before asking an assistant to carry it out. MagicPost’s documented MCP tools do not currently schedule or answer comments. Its member tools can create and schedule drafts, but do not offer the same editing, immediate publishing and cancellation actions as the owner-account tools. Use the app for actions the connector does not expose.

For the wider team, Linkwiz’s Slack agent offers private conversation support. Employees can also upload an exported personal profile plan to their own assistant. The team AI agent guide explains those options. Using both connectors does not automatically synchronize the two products.

Read post performance alongside profile and participation progress

MagicPost’s admin view already shows Team member activity and aggregated LinkedIn results. Its metrics dashboard supports selected periods, previous-period comparisons and trend charts. Use those views to learn which topics and formats attract a response.

In Linkwiz, compare available profile scans after employees make updates and review captured activity for the chosen people and period. Read the evidence behind a contribution as well as its count. The profile progress guide explains how later findings support follow-up.

Keep the periods and definitions clear. MagicPost totals the results of posts published within the selected period, which differs from impressions received during that period across older posts. Company Pages also expose fewer metrics than personal profiles. A useful contribution, a profile update and a post’s reach each tell you something different.

MagicPost can also collect team leads from people engaging with members’ posts and assess their fit against an ideal customer profile. Treat that fit as a starting point for the sales team, not proof that someone wants to buy. Review content results, employee participation and actual business conversations separately.

Budget for publishing accounts, tracked people and administrators

MagicPost’s current pricing distinguishes Growth, Creator, Agency and Team. Growth covers manual scheduling, metrics, engagement and leads. Creator adds AI content, visuals, inspiration and MCP. Team is designed for your own employees; Agency has a client-focused workflow and more detailed administrator roles.

Planning questionMagicPost TeamLinkwiz Starter
What does the price cover?A workspace for each connected LinkedIn identity.A shared company profile and activity review.
What is the current price?€49 per seat/month; €470 per seat/year on the reviewed EUR page.$25/month or $250/year in USD.
How do we count people? One seat per personal profile or Company Page; starts at two seats.25 tracked people, 3 companies and 3 workspace members.
Who manages the work?Administrators manage members; admin-only access uses no publishing seat.Workspace members manage the report; tracked employees need no individual account.

A MagicPost seat connects to one LinkedIn identity at a time. If you regularly publish for five employees and the company Page, plan for six identities. The Page needs its own authorized connection.

The reviewed annual Team card displays €39 per seat/month as a rounded equivalent, with €470 billed per year. Currency and country can change the offer. Team members have their own usage caps, and specialized Analytics or Engagement seats require MagicPost to enable them; do not assume every seat has every AI action.

In Linkwiz pricing, tracked employees and workspace members serve different purposes. Count who needs a publishing workspace and who needs profile support before comparing the subscriptions.

Start with one group and one repeatable content routine

Use MagicPost on its own when the main need is employee content, calendars, engagement and connected-account results. Add Linkwiz when you also want profile updates and a shared review of company-related participation.

Choose the employees, create the Linkwiz report and agree the profile tasks. In MagicPost, set up their individual context, company guidance and review process. Start with one useful experience each person can share, then review the resulting activity before deciding what to do next.

About this guide

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 14 October 2026. Reviewed current MagicPost product and help pages, Team pricing controls, organization roles, approvals, knowledge base, engagement, metrics, leads and MCP documentation, alongside current Linkwiz guides and pricing. No paid account, generated output, authenticated connector or publishing action was tested.

Current help distinguishes external MCP conversations from the in-app Chat tab, which is marked coming soon. It also narrows some broad feature-page wording about MCP actions. Follow the supported tool list and account permissions for the specific action. Published allowances and entitlements can vary by seat or country.

Reporting depends on available permissions, sync timing, the selected post dates and account type. MagicPost’s metrics explanation describes those differences. Neither an AI fit score nor a change in profile findings proves sales impact. Examples use the label Example; use together does not imply a partnership, direct synchronization or guaranteed results.
