The employee knows their work. Help them put it into words.
A customer success manager can explain a tricky handover on a call, yet struggle to describe that expertise in a LinkedIn profile or post. Asking them to “be more active” leaves the writing problem unsolved.
Linkwiz helps a team lead identify a specific update or relevant conversation. Easy-Peasy.AI gives the employee several ways to develop the response, from a focused writing form to a carousel or AI chat. Choose the smallest task that helps them finish something useful.
| Your team’s job | Use Linkwiz for | Use Easy-Peasy.AI for |
|---|---|---|
| Choose a useful task | Review employee profile findings, evidence and next steps. | Pick a focused writing tool or creative format. |
| Improve profile wording | Share the specific finding and useful colleague examples. | Draft headline or About wording from the person’s actual role and experience. |
| Explain an idea | Find company and colleague posts and participation opportunities. | Turn the employee's notes into a text post or a carousel. |
| Help a team use AI | Discuss accessible report findings with connected assistants or the Slack agent. | Share prompts, voices, files and workflows in its team workspace. |
| Work in an existing AI chat | Connect report and activity context through the Linkwiz connector. | Connect its writing and media tools through its own MCP server. |
| Review improvement | Compare available profile scans and read captured contributions. | Review drafts and assets; refine the brief and format. |
Start with one finding and a short conversation
Create a Linkwiz company report, select the employees and review the evidence behind their findings. Choose an update that matters now. For a company cover, send the approved file. For a headline, share the company context and ask the employee how they describe their work to customers.

Example · See which employees need which profile updates.
Example: Jasmine is a customer success manager at Walt. Her role includes helping customers organize feedback during video projects. A headline that names Walt and explains that responsibility gives her a more specific starting point than a generic request to improve her profile.
Give Jasmine the relevant finding, a good colleague example and the company facts she should use. The team profile updates guide covers recommendations, AI conversations and personal optimization plans that can support the task.
Give the writing tool role notes, not just a job title
Easy-Peasy.AI’s headline generator provides fields for role, skills and tone. The bio generator takes personal information for an About draft. Their public pages offer limited free generation, so an employee can try a focused task before choosing a broader subscription.
Example role brief: “Jasmine Vale, Customer Success Manager at Walt. I help customers coordinate feedback on brand video projects, clarify what needs changing and keep the next review moving. Include Walt. Use direct language. Do not invent achievements, years of experience or client names.”
Use those notes as the input, then have Jasmine choose and edit the wording. For an About section, ask her to add a customer problem she understands, how she approaches it and the kind of conversation she welcomes. That gives the draft substance beyond a list of responsibilities.
Review whether the result accurately describes Jasmine's work and makes the company connection clear. Remove unsupported claims and wording she would never use. Once she is happy with it, she makes the LinkedIn update.
Choose a post or carousel based on what the idea needs
The post generator accepts a topic, tone and length, with optional images. Give it the observation and intended takeaway first, so the draft has something specific to communicate.
Example post brief: “Customers sometimes send conflicting comments on the same video draft. My advice is to agree who consolidates feedback and which decisions are still open before the next review. Write a short LinkedIn post explaining that approach. Keep it practical, and ask me for an example rather than inventing a client story.”
Easy-Peasy.AI’s carousel tool adds designed slides and a caption. Its form asks for the topic, key points, slide count and visual direction; reference images can be added after sign-up. The page offers one trial with a free account and includes the tool in paid plans.
For Jasmine's idea, a text post may be enough. A carousel earns its place if she wants to show a sequence: collect feedback, resolve contradictions, agree changes and confirm the next review. Ask her to validate that sequence before generating the slides. The LinkedIn content guide helps develop the idea and choose the format.
When the starting point is a company article, the Scalenut guide shows how to give employees useful questions to discuss instead of asking them to repeat the article.
Use creative tools where they make the explanation clearer
Easy-Peasy.AI includes image, video and audio creation. Its Marky agent supports broader work such as discussing files, research, slides and media. That can help when the employee needs to work through an idea conversationally or prepare supporting material.
For Jasmine's carousel, an annotated review checklist could explain more than a decorative image. If the team already has an approved cover or suitable company asset, use it. A new visual is worthwhile when it helps the audience understand the point.
The separate headshot offering is an optional route when an employee wants a new portrait, with one-time packages separate from the writing task. Let the person choose a recognizable result and inspect the final crop. The profile picture guide covers selection and visibility.
Before publishing a slide or image, check the wording, company details and readability on a phone. Give the employee the final file and agree where it will be used.
For reusable covers and post graphics, see how the Canva guide organizes approved assets and their handoff to employees.
Share the brief that worked, then let each employee adapt it
Easy-Peasy.AI’s Teams offering provides separate logins and allowances, with shared resources such as prompts, voices, files and workflows. Owners can manage seats and review AI usage.
Save a reusable brief with five fields: the task, the person's role, the audience, approved company facts and their own observation. Leave the observation blank for each employee to complete. Marketing maintains the shared facts; employees supply the experience and approve their wording.
Its visual workflows can connect writing and media steps into a reusable process. Consider one after the team has found a format worth repeating, rather than building a workflow before the first draft has been useful.
For a small trial, one or two people may prepare the drafts while colleagues review them. Add team access when employees need to work directly with the shared tools. The number of employees in a Linkwiz report does not determine how many Easy-Peasy.AI seats you need.
For another approach to shared company references and repeatable writing formats, see the Copy.ai guide.
Already using an AI assistant? Consider the connector route
Easy-Peasy.AI has its own MCP connection makes writing templates and media tools available to supported AI clients, including ChatGPT and Claude, using the connected account's credits and limits. Its developer documentation also describes REST API access.
If your chosen assistant supports both connections, you can discuss an accessible Linkwiz finding and then use an Easy-Peasy.AI tool in the same conversation. Check the tools and permissions available in that client. You can also copy the relevant finding into a brief without connecting the products.
Example request: “Review Jasmine's available profile finding and ask what she does for customers. Help her prepare a headline brief. Use the connected writing tool if available, then show the options for her review. Keep the company details and her own experience accurate.”
This route uses two separately configured connections; it does not establish an automatic sync between the products. The team AI agent guide explains Linkwiz report access and employee support.
Sometimes the useful contribution is a comment
Jasmine's advice about feedback may fit a company post about project reviews. In that case, a comment could add her experience directly to a conversation customers are already reading.
Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking supplies the posts and captured interactions that help the team find those opportunities. Choose a conversation that fits the employee's actual work.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.
The feed provides the posts and context. Connected AI assistants and Linkwiz’s conversational Slack agent can discuss how to engage and help draft a contribution. The weekly recommendations guide explains that routine.
Use Easy-Peasy.AI's post or carousel tools when the employee has enough to develop a standalone explanation. The choice should follow the contribution they want to make.
Review whether the employee completed something useful
After the employee has made their update, compare available Linkwiz scans and inspect remaining findings. The profile progress guide explains how to review the changes.
For activity, read the captured contributions with their context. Was the employee able to add a useful explanation? What would help them participate again: a better post to respond to, a clearer question or help organizing their notes?
Easy-Peasy.AI's team usage reports show consumption of AI words and credits. Use that to understand tool use and cost, then review the drafts and assets separately for quality. Use available LinkedIn analytics for post performance. Generating more content is not the same as employees completing useful updates.
Choose a plan for the tools and people you will actually use
| Option | Public price | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Linkwiz Starter | $25/month or $250/year, USD. | 25 tracked people, 1 company and 3 workspace members. |
| Easy-Peasy.AI individual plans | Free; Starter $16/month; Unlimited 50 $24/month; Unlimited $32/month. | Writing/model allowances, creative credits and which tools the employee needs. |
| Individual annual billing | Starter $96/year; Unlimited 50 $144/year; Unlimited $198/year. | Shown equivalents: $8, $12 and $16.50/month, billed annually. |
| Easy-Peasy.AI Teams, 5 seats | $98/month, or $996/year ($83/month equivalent). | Per-person allowances, shared resources and the required API/MCP access. |
| Headshots / larger teams | Headshots from $19, one-time; larger Teams plans vary by seat count. | Separate portrait packages; contact sales for more than 30 team members. |
The current individual pricing page advertises a Starter first-month promotion; the table uses the regular monthly price. The free plan lists generated images as public. Premium-model and creative usage have limits even on plans named Unlimited, so check the allowance for the task you intend to repeat.
Use the Teams calculator for the people who need to create or manage work. For example, a five-person writing group and a larger employee report are different budgets. Linkwiz pricing separates tracked people from users with workspace access.
Try one profile update and one contribution before expanding
Choose an employee with a clear task. Prepare the role brief together, try the relevant writing tool and review how much editing the output needs. Complete the profile update before adding more formats. Then try one post or comment based on something the employee knows.
Keep the process if it helps the employee finish work they are comfortable publishing. Add a shared workspace, creative tools or a connector when those solve a recurring need. If a simple prompt or Linkwiz's existing guidance is enough, keep the workflow simple.

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 16 October 2026. Reviewed official Easy-Peasy.AI writing forms, carousel, Marky, team, workflow, MCP and headshot pages. Inspected individual monthly/annual prices and the five-person Teams calculator; refreshed Linkwiz pricing. No employee data or photos were uploaded, and no generated output, paid account or connection was tested.
Prices distinguish regular monthly billing, annual totals, a first-month promotion and separate portrait packages. The vendor's pages contain older model names and inconsistent general discount percentages; this guide uses the current displayed amounts. Confirm model and tool allowances for the chosen plan.
The role brief and prompts are examples to adapt, not outputs from a product trial. This is a proposed workflow using both tools, not a verified direct integration or automatic LinkedIn publication. General agent capabilities do not establish access to Linkwiz reports.
Profile progress depends on available scans, and activity review reflects captured contributions. Explore more content and publishing tools or profile optimization tools.
