The article is published. Give employees a reason to discuss it.

A link in the team chat rarely gives a salesperson enough to write a useful post. They need a point that connects with their work: a buyer question, a trade-off they explain or a lesson from a project. Those details can make the company article better, too.

This pairing fits a content team already investing in website articles and search visibility. Scalenut supports that editorial work. Linkwiz helps the wider team improve their LinkedIn presence and find company conversations to join. Connect the two with a short employee brief, rather than another request to share the blog.

1. Prepare the profiles behind the conversation

Create a Linkwiz company report and select the employees involved. Use the findings and supporting evidence to decide which profile updates matter before inviting them into a content campaign. Send the company cover when that is the task, or discuss wording when a headline needs a clearer company connection.

Example: Belle, an account executive at Walt, will contribute to a discussion about video briefs. Her headline could explain that she helps customers plan brand video projects at Walt. Agree the wording with her and give her the approved company asset instead of a general request to improve her profile.

Colleagues who passed a relevant check can provide useful examples. Give each employee the specific finding, guidance and next step. The team profile updates guide explains Linkwiz recommendations, AI support and personal plans.

For an About draft, start with the employee's own details

Scalenut also lists a free LinkedIn summary generator. Its current public form has About You, Skills and Expertise fields. Treat it as a focused writing option if the employee needs an About draft, rather than a reason on its own to buy the broader content platform.

Example brief: “I am Belle, an account executive at Walt. I help marketing teams clarify the audience and purpose of a brand video before production starts. My work includes discussing the brief and answering buyers' questions. Write a direct About draft using these facts. Ask for missing examples; do not invent clients or results.”

Belle reviews the wording and adds the experience only she can supply. Once she updates LinkedIn, the team can review the next available Linkwiz scan. Keep the draft, the employee's decision and the completed update together in your follow-up.

2. Build the article around a question customers actually ask

Scalenut’s GEO Action Center brings together article writing, optimization, planning and audits. It uses GEO for work intended to improve visibility in AI-search answers. The platform overview describes how these content tasks sit alongside brand visibility tracking.

Example: Walt wants to answer “Can one brand video serve prospects and existing customers?” Before writing, marketing asks Belle what buyers expect, then asks Jasmine in customer success where conflicting expectations affect feedback. Use their answers to build an explanation of the choices involved.

The article brief should specify the reader, the decision they need to make, the company's answer and the evidence available. For Walt, that might mean explaining when to choose one primary audience and when separate versions are worth considering. Have the relevant employee check the explanation before publication.

For company writing, Scalenut’s brand tone documentation describes saving a tone manually or deriving it from a URL or writing sample. Use that for the company article's voice. The employee's later contribution should still reflect how they explain the subject in their own work.

If you need a broader view of the questions your market is discussing, the Meltwater guide explains how to turn that research into an employee brief.

3. Send a contribution brief, not just the article link

A useful brief contains the article link, one relevant takeaway and a question for the employee. Include the company post if there is already a conversation to join. The employee can then choose whether a comment, repost with context or original post adds the most value.

Example message to Belle: “Our new article explains why one video can struggle to serve two audiences. You discuss this when buyers brief us. What question helps you work out who the video should speak to first? You could add that question to the company post, with a sentence on why it matters.”

The LinkedIn content guide helps turn the employee's answer into a contribution. Ask Belle for her reasoning before drafting. A comment can explain the decision she helps buyers make; it does not need to summarize the whole article.

Use the same approach with Jasmine: ask what changes in the review process when different stakeholders expect different audiences. Her answer may become a comment now and a useful addition to the website article later. Keep a note of questions the article still leaves unanswered.

For turning those employee notes into repeatable writing briefs, the Copy.ai guide includes a customer-question post example and a review workflow.

4. Find the discussion and help the employee respond

Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking provides relevant company and colleague posts with captured interactions. Use the feed to find the actual post linked to the article, then share it with an employee whose experience fits the topic.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.

In a connected AI assistant or a conversation with Linkwiz in Slack, Belle can ask: “Help me respond to this video-brief post. Ask me how I clarify the audience with a customer, then help me write a concise comment in my own words.” The weekly recommendations guide explains how to make those conversations a recurring part of team participation.

Scalenut has a separate Social UpReach product for Reddit research and participation, including relevant threads, brand mentions and sentiment. If a Reddit discussion exposes another unanswered buyer question, bring it back to the content brief. Use Linkwiz for the employee LinkedIn side of this workflow.

Assign a content owner without making everyone a content operator

Scalenut’s team-access guide describes document access through assigned tags. The current plans also use workspaces tied to website domains. Confirm the available controls and member allowance for the plan you choose, since that help article refers to older tier names.

For Walt, marketing owns the article, Belle checks the sales explanation and Jasmine checks the delivery example. Most contributors need a reviewed source and a relevant question, rather than daily access to the writing platform. Give editing access to the people maintaining the article.

Scalenut’s integrations include Semrush for keyword research, Copyscape for plagiarism checks and WordPress and Shopify publishing. Use a supported website publishing route if it fits your site, then share the published source with employees.

Linkwiz's report recommendations, AI connections and Slack conversations support the employee's next step. The team AI agent guide explains setup and access. Scalenut's AI-search monitoring answers a different question: whether and how a brand appears in tracked AI responses. This workflow does not depend on a direct connection between the products.

When several employees are publishing around the same article, the Kadenzo guide covers distinct contributor briefs, reviewer responsibilities and scheduling.

5. Bring new questions back into the article

Scalenut’s Prompts Insights guide lets the content owner inspect tracked prompts, brand mentions, citations and the responses behind them. Its Brand Monitor provides trends across the monitored brand and competitors. Choose questions relevant to your buyers and check which engines and refresh frequency your plan includes.

Example review: the tracked answers keep discussing production cost, while Walt's article concentrates on choosing an audience. Read the answers and their cited pages. If cost versus audience is a real buyer decision the article misses, ask Belle for the context needed to improve that section.

Review the captured LinkedIn contributions alongside those content questions. Which explanation prompted a useful discussion? What did the employee find difficult to answer? Use available Linkwiz scans to follow up on profile updates. The profile progress guide explains the profile review.

Record article changes and the questions that prompted them. Use website analytics for visits and enquiries, Scalenut for tracked search visibility, and Linkwiz for available employee findings and activity. That gives the next review something specific to investigate without attributing a traffic or citation change to a comment alone.

The main pricing page shows separate monthly plans and a limited annual promotion with different displayed content allowances. Confirm the total charge and renewal terms before choosing annual billing. Older help pages use different tier names.

Example budget: Linkwiz Starter plus Scalenut Plus costs $114/month at the listed monthly rates. This suits a content group that needs Plus's added-member allowance while tracking up to 25 employees in Linkwiz. Most of those employees would receive the reviewed article and brief, rather than operate Scalenut. Linkwiz pricing explains tracked people and workspace access.

Test one article and two employee contributions

Choose an article that answers a current customer question and two employees with relevant experience. Prepare their Linkwiz report, resolve the profile updates you agree on, and review the article with its content owner. Keep a short record of what you changed and why.

Give each employee a different question tied to their work and a relevant company post. Support the contribution they choose. At the next review, inspect what they added, note any questions the article should answer better, and check the available profile changes and content reporting.

Continue if the process helps employees contribute useful experience and gives the content team better material. If your immediate need is only a profile update or occasional LinkedIn draft, start there. Add a website content and AI-visibility platform when those are jobs your team needs to do.

About this guide

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 16 October 2026. Reviewed official Scalenut product, writing, team access, integrations, visibility and pricing pages. Inspected the public summary form and monthly/annual pricing switch. Existing approved Linkwiz report examples are retained. No employee data, generated output, paid account, checkout or integration was tested.

The summary form showed About You, Skills and Expertise fields during this review. Current pricing uses Starter, Plus and Professional; some help pages refer to older plans. Prices distinguish monthly billing from advertised annual-offer equivalents. Confirm annual charges, renewal terms and current access in the selected plan.

The article and prompts are examples to adapt, not customer results or tested product outputs. This is a proposed workflow with a manual brief between tools, not a verified direct integration or automatic LinkedIn publishing route. Tracked AI responses are a sample for the configured prompts and engines, not all conversations customers have with AI.

The $114 monthly example combines two separate subscriptions, not a bundle. Linkwiz progress depends on available scans and activity reviews reflect captured contributions. Explore more content and publishing tools or engagement tools.
