A personal report or an ongoing team review?

A salesperson may want to know whether their posts reach potential customers. A team lead may want to know whether colleagues are joining company conversations. Both involve LinkedIn activity, but they need different evidence and next steps.

LinkedCheck reviews one person’s profile, content and reacting audience against a chosen goal. Linkwiz brings employee profile findings and participation around the company into a shared review and follow-up process. Choose the question you need answered first.

Use Linkwiz to organize employee profile updates

Suppose your sales and customer success teams are refreshing their profiles. Some people need a company cover image. Others need a current workplace or a headline that explains their role and connects it to the company. Giving everyone the same checklist leaves the manager to work out who needs what.

Start with a Linkwiz company report. Review employees together, open a finding and read the evidence and recommended next step. The team profile audit guide explains how to use that view.

Use good examples from employees who passed the relevant check, then share the right assets and guidance with the people who need them. Each employee can keep their own voice while making their role and company connection easier to understand.

The employees included in the report do not each need a Linkwiz account. Workspace members manage the report and follow-up.

Use LinkedCheck to sharpen one person’s professional story

The LinkedCheck workflow starts with a public LinkedIn profile URL or handle and a goal: getting hired, winning clients or building a reputation. It reads the public profile rather than a PDF export.

The free audit includes two scores: completeness and readiness for the chosen goal. Its score explanation separates having profile information from how well that information supports the goal.

The paid profile report adds section advice, suggested headline and About wording, experience bullets and guidance on skills and Featured. This can help a consultant or employee explain their work more clearly; it is not limited to someone looking for a new job.

LinkedCheck’s sample report shows how its recommendations use existing career evidence. Treat that page as an example, then check any wording you receive against your own experience.

Choose the kind of help employees need

LinkedCheck’s paid Profile & Content Intelligence report includes a Profile Kit with copy and a checklist. The person reviews the suggestions and applies the changes to their live profile. The profile checker FAQ says the free audit is limited to one per account; the detailed fixes are paid.

Linkwiz recommendations and guides help employees work through their findings. A lead can also share a company cover or a colleague’s good example. The employee profile updates guide covers that handoff.

Connected ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or Linkwiz in Slack can discuss accessible report findings and help the person decide what to change. An exported personal optimization plan can be uploaded to their own assistant. See the team AI agent guide for these options.

An employee who wants ready-to-use wording can work through LinkedCheck’s Profile Kit. For a company rollout, assign each finding to its owner, share the relevant example and review the later update. A connected AI conversation can help with questions; the employee still reviews and applies the wording.

LinkedCheck also reviews posts and the audience reacting to them

LinkedCheck is more than a profile checker. Its content analysis looks at a person’s own recent posts, public reactions, comments and reposts. It compares posts with that person’s typical response and suggests changes to try and subjects to write about.

The content scope differs by purchase. Its live content page describes 30 posts for Profile & Content Intelligence and up to 50 recent posts from the last year for Network & Audience Intelligence. Profile & Content Intelligence includes a shorter content report. Choose by the question you need answered, not by the post count alone; public response counts are not impressions or reach.

The audience analysis examines people listed as reacting to those posts, including repeat responders and available roles. Here, “responded” means reacted; it does not count commenters. The network analysis adds their stated employers and how they fit the chosen goal.

For example, a sales lead can use the audience report to ask whether an employee’s posts attract people in relevant roles or companies. They may separately need to know whether that employee commented on a company announcement. A report about who reacts to the employee’s writing does not answer that second question.

Use Linkwiz to connect the review with company conversations

Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking gives the team a focused feed around the company and colleagues, alongside captured interactions and participation totals. A lead can inspect the contributions behind the numbers.

An employee can take a relevant post into a conversation with a connected AI assistant or the Slack agent and ask for help drafting a comment, repost or their own post. The feed supplies posts and context; the conversational assistant supplies the drafting help.

The weekly engagement recommendations guide explains how to make those conversations easier to find and act on.

Start with the decision. To understand who responds to an employee’s writing, use the relevant LinkedCheck audience report. To find company conversations and review employees’ captured contributions, use the Linkwiz team workflow. Check the supporting posts before deciding what help to offer.

See what improved after the team makes changes

Save a dated LinkedCheck report before making changes, then use it as a reference when buying a later report. Its current content guidance says reports do not compare with previous runs. Read the changed wording and post patterns yourself; a different audience count can also reflect a different set of posts.

Linkwiz’s profile progress workflow compares available scans for the same employees. A lead can inspect changed findings and focus the next round of support on what still needs attention.

For participation, compare consistent employee groups and suitable activity periods, then read the posts and interactions behind the totals. A busier month is a prompt to investigate, not proof that a recommendation caused a business result.

Linkwiz pricing separates tracked people from workspace members. The employees being reviewed do not each need a paid account.

The LinkedCheck pricing table separates its profile and audience purchases and says nothing renews. Choose the report that covers your question; do not assume the audience purchase includes the paid profile rewrites.

For one person, a one-time report may be enough. For a company, include the work of organizing individual findings, helping employees and reviewing later changes when comparing costs.

Which should you choose?

Choose Linkwiz when you lead an employee profile and participation program: review people together, share relevant examples, help them act and inspect progress across available scans.

Choose LinkedCheck when the task is to improve a person’s wording or understand their own posts and reacting audience. Its Profile Kit and content plan may be enough when someone manages their own profile and posting.

Use both only when you also need a shared employee update and participation process. Agree who applies the profile wording and who reviews the later company findings, so employees do not receive two competing lists of priorities. This is a division of work, not a direct integration.

About this comparison

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 14 October 2026. Current live pricing, profile, content, audience and network pages were reviewed. No account was created, personal profile submitted, paid report purchased or generated recommendation tested. The reused Linkwiz report is labeled Example.

The live pricing page distinguishes two separate $9.99 purchases and their included content reports. Older indexed pages show different names, prices and bundles; the live table is used here. Confirm the package at purchase. Publicly stated terms can change.

LinkedCheck’s scores are its own assessment, not a verified LinkedIn ranking or business outcome. Audience details depend on what can be identified from public reactions and profiles. Team dashboards, external AI connectors and other features not established in the reviewed material are not assumed unavailable in every arrangement.

Linkwiz progress requires multiple available scans and consistent employee selection. Activity totals reflect captured interactions. Explore more profile optimization tool guides or the profile tools research.
