Connect the campaign workflow with the people taking part
Your team is preparing a LinkedIn launch. Marketing has the company post and approved assets. Sales colleagues have customer questions they could answer. Customer success has lessons that would make the topic more useful. To bring those pieces together, the team needs both a clear content workflow and practical support for each person.
Use Vista Social to coordinate publishing and employee advocacy, with AI tools that can work in the social management account. Use Linkwiz to review employee profiles and captured participation, then help colleagues understand their findings and choose their next steps.
| What your team needs | Vista Social | Linkwiz |
|---|---|---|
| Prepare for a campaign | Set up connected accounts, publishing roles and approvals. | Review the employee profiles representing your company. |
| Give colleagues something useful to share | Make an existing company post or a new employee post available in Advocacy. | Review participation findings and find relevant company or colleague activity. |
| Get help through AI | Use Ask Vista or MCP for supported posts, reports, inbox work and tasks. | Use a connected assistant to discuss accessible profile findings and contributions. |
| Review the next round | Read content, advocacy and social team reports. | Review captured activity and profile changes over time. |
Prepare the profiles people will visit from the content
Start with a Linkwiz company report for the employees you want to involve. Review the headline, company cover, current company in the profile intro and workplace details. Someone visiting from a post or comment should be able to understand the person’s role and company connection.
PROFILE · HEADLINE
Is the company mentioned in their headline?
| Employee | Headline | Cover | Profile Intro | Workplace |

Example · See which employees need which profile updates.
Use a finding to choose a specific update. A colleague who passes the check can provide a useful example; the company can supply a current cover image. Keep the employee’s own expertise and wording as they make the change.
The team profile audit guide explains the review. The profile updates guide covers recommendations and employee support.
Plan the company post and the employee contributions together
Vista Social’s publishing tools cover calendars, drafts, queues and approval workflows across connected social accounts. Its LinkedIn integration supports company Pages and personal profiles. Agree who owns each account and who reviews the content before it goes live.
For the launch, keep the company announcement, supporting assets and employee angles in the same planning conversation. The announcement might explain what is new. A salesperson’s contribution might address a question customers ask. A customer success colleague might describe how to make the most of the service.
Use the relevant account permissions and review steps when preparing those posts. Vista Social’s connected publishing tools handle the content workflow; Linkwiz findings help you decide what profile or participation support the employee needs.
Choose the right advocacy route for each piece of content
Vista Social’s Advocacy content guide describes two routes. An advocacy-only item gives employees content to publish as a new post on their own account. A published company post gives them an existing conversation to engage with, using the actions available for that network.
Choose the route around the contribution you want. A personal lesson may work as a new employee post. A company announcement asking a practical question may benefit from a colleague’s comment or repost. Be clear about which one you are offering.
Content can become available to advocates when the company post is published, after a delay, or as a draft for review. The program can also allow employees to edit their own version before sharing. Use that flexibility to keep a useful personal perspective.
The Employee Advocacy overview and advocate quick start explain the employee experience.
Help each employee find a contribution that fits their work
Review the available company and colleague engagement findings in Linkwiz, then open the supporting activity. Use the evidence to understand where someone may need a more relevant opportunity or help getting started.
Example: a colleague has an Optimize finding for Company Comments. Review the company feed for a post about a problem they work on. Ask what customers have said about that problem and what the colleague learned from helping them.
A connected AI assistant or the conversational Linkwiz agent in Slack can help the person develop that experience into a comment, repost or post draft. Linkwiz provides findings and available posts; the connected assistant supplies the discussion and drafting help. The employee reviews the contribution.
See the team engagement review and participation support guide for that process.
Give advocates and the social team the access they need
Vista Social distinguishes advocates from social management team members. Advocates use their content-sharing experience. Publishing, Inbox and Reports belong to the main social management dashboard and require separate team access.
Use its permissions guide to assign account, profile-group or feature access. A contributor can prepare scheduled content for review; a reviewer or administrator can own the relevant approval.
Choose Linkwiz report access for the people coordinating employee improvements. Keep customer reply ownership with the appropriate social team member. Vista’s inbox tools support that work for the available networks and message types.
Use an AI assistant for findings, drafts and approved social actions
Ask Vista provides AI help inside Vista Social. Its MCP connection also lets supported assistants work with the social account. The documented tools include finding posts, reviewing performance, preparing or scheduling content, reading approval workflows and working with Vista Work tasks.
Linkwiz’s AI connections supply accessible employee profile and activity findings. Where both products are connected to the same supported assistant, you can combine the permitted context into a practical team brief.
For example, ask the assistant to review the employee’s profile findings, identify the relevant approved company post in Vista Social and draft a contribution grounded in the employee’s experience. Keep the report evidence, draft wording and proposed publishing action clear. Review the exact account, content and timing before authorizing a live action.
Use the vendor’s connection instructions and confirm available tools for your account. Linkwiz does not publish or change LinkedIn profiles. The two connections remain separate.
Give Vista’s AI the company context for content and replies
Vista Social’s AI Training & Knowledge lets a team supply product information, FAQs, tone guidance and rules for when a person should take over. Use the available features to help its AI prepare content and responses with accurate company context.
Keep that company information separate from an employee’s own experience. A good personal contribution can use both: the approved facts about the service and what the person actually knows from their work. Review claims and wording before using a draft.
Bring the content notification and personal help into Slack
Vista Social documents Slack notifications for new advocacy content. Use the selected channel to make the opportunity easy to find, with a short explanation of who might have something useful to add.
Use Linkwiz in Slack for a colleague’s private conversation about their accessible report or next step. They can bring the relevant post and discuss a practical experience rather than being left with a general request to engage.
A Vista notification does not connect the products or share their data automatically. Set up each service and its access for the intended team.
Review the content results and the support employees need
Use Vista Social’s analytics and reports for connected account and post performance, advocacy results and the social team’s response or task activity. Its customizable reports and scheduled delivery can support the campaign review.
Use Linkwiz to review captured public participation and compare available profile scans over time. Keep the employee group and activity period consistent, then read the contributions behind the totals. The profile progress guide explains the profile comparison.
Bring the questions together at the review: which content worked, which colleagues contributed and what help would make their next contribution easier? These views can guide the next campaign without treating a profile change or comment as proof of revenue.

About this guide
This guide is published by Linkwiz. We reviewed Vista Social’s current product, pricing, integration and help documentation on 12 October 2026, alongside current Linkwiz pages and guides. The shared workflow is our recommendation based on those documented capabilities.
This is a documentation review, with no paid-account, publishing, inbox or connector testing. Some help pages restricted direct requests; their official content was reviewed through web retrieval. Vendor pages differ on older prices, MCP entitlements and limits. Confirm the current plan, available tools and network coverage for your account.
The visual is labeled Example and explains profile findings. It is not a measured campaign result. This guide does not imply a direct Linkwiz–Vista Social integration or a commercial partnership.
