When does your team need GaggleAMP, Linkwiz or both?

Use GaggleAMP to run an employee advocacy program: choose content and engagement activities, send them to the right employees and report on participation. Its platform includes AI personalization, Slack and Teams delivery, recognition and program analytics. It already gives employees more direction than a general request to engage.

Add Linkwiz when you also need a coordinated view of the profiles representing the company and the available company-related activity. A marketing lead can find profile updates, help employees act on them and review contributions around company and colleague posts alongside the advocacy program.

Prepare employee profiles before the campaign starts

Example: Walt is promoting a guide to writing better video briefs. Marketing wants sales and customer success employees to join the conversation. Before sending the activities, the team lead reviews whether their LinkedIn profiles clearly show their current role and connection to Walt.

Create the company report in Linkwiz’s UI and select the employees. Review the headline, company cover, current company in the profile intro and workplace in Experience, then open the evidence and next steps for findings that need attention. The team profile audit guide explains the full review.

Share the specific update and a useful example from a colleague who passed the relevant check. Supply the approved cover asset when that is the task. Employees can use Linkwiz’s recommendations, get conversational help or upload an exported personal optimization plan to their own assistant. The profile updates guide covers these options.

Send a useful activity to the people who can contribute

In GaggleAMP, create an activity around the campaign’s next step. Choose the activity type, message or post, recipients and dates. The documented settings also include campaigns, points, editing options and UTM tracking where relevant.

For Walt’s video-brief post, marketing could send a comment activity to salespeople who discuss briefs with customers. Give them the post and a reason to contribute: “This asks what to agree before production starts. If a customer has asked you about audience or message, share a question that helped clarify the brief.” This gives Belle, an account executive, a useful starting point while leaving the answer to her.

GaggleAMP’s LinkedIn comment activity documentation describes adding the post link and instructions, choosing groups or channels and setting the activity’s start and end. Match the requested activity to what people can usefully add.

For a sharing activity, offer approved content employees can adapt to their experience. Let the customer success group share a lesson from helping a customer use the service, while sales focuses on questions from buyers. Choose the relevant recipients rather than sending every activity to everyone.

Use AI and team chat for the help each employee needs

GaggleAMP has its own AI support. Manager paraphrasing prepares different versions of sharing copy, and member paraphrasing lets employees work on a version they want to share. Its current platform also describes an AI program manager assistant. These capabilities belong in the comparison.

Use Linkwiz’s AI and team-chat connections when the employee wants help grounded in accessible profile findings or company activity. Belle can ask which profile update her report recommends, or discuss what she could add to a relevant company post. The feed supplies the post and context; the connected assistant or conversational Slack agent provides discussion and drafting help.

GaggleAMP’s notifications documentation describes activities delivered through Slack and Microsoft Teams, with supported actions available there. Linkwiz’s team AI agent guide explains private employee help, report access and the personal plan for someone without their own connector.

A practical split is to keep campaign activities in GaggleAMP and use Linkwiz-connected conversations for profile updates and company activity questions. Choose where weekly support will arrive so employees have a clear routine. Connect each product separately; this guide does not assume they automatically exchange reports or activity completions.

Review the advocacy program alongside company participation

GaggleAMP already reports on employee participation. Its Member Engagement Report documents group, channel and time filters, completed activities and the last completion date. Its analytics guidance covers reach, clicks, assigned and completed activities, estimated earned media value and other program measures.

Linkwiz gives leadership another view: the employee profile findings and captured participation around the company. Use the matrix to see who needs support with which activity, then open the available evidence. Belle’s company comments finding can lead to a discussion of a specific post, while another employee may need help with a profile update.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.

Use GaggleAMP to answer how the program is being used and which activities draw a response. Use Linkwiz to review the profiles and available contributions around company and colleague posts. The team engagement review guide explains those findings.

Keep the people, dates and activity definitions clear. An assigned activity, a completed activity and a captured public contribution are different records. A points total or potential reach estimate should not be read as a count of people who saw a post or as sales revenue. Read the supporting activity before deciding what help someone needs.

See progress over time and improve the next round

GaggleAMP supports reporting across periods. Its Performance Report documents date filters for reviewing program results. Compare the same campaign group and activity types when deciding which content or invitations to repeat.

In Linkwiz, compare available profile scans after employees have made updates, and review captured company activity for the selected period. The profile progress guide shows how to read those changes. Later findings can show that a profile check improved; the activity evidence helps you understand how people participated.

For the next Walt campaign, ask what made the activity useful to Belle. Was the topic relevant to her customers? Did she need an example or help drafting? Use that feedback to improve the next activity, alongside the weekly support workflow.

Set up the right access and budget for both jobs

GaggleAMP’s manager permissions guide distinguishes Full Access from View Only. Give activity creation to the people running the program and reporting access to the people reviewing it. Employees connect the social accounts they intend to use; its social permissions guide describes authorized actions and account control.

The current GaggleAMP pricing page uses a company-size quote rather than a published per-seat price. Contracts are billed annually: two years is the standard term, with one year priced 10% above that base and three years 5% below. Confirm your quote and support arrangements; the pricing FAQ specifies a dedicated customer success manager for teams of 100 or more employees.

In Linkwiz pricing, tracked employees are separate from workspace members, and tracked people do not each need a Linkwiz account. Budget for the advocacy program you want to run and the profile and activity group you want to review, instead of treating the two products’ allowances as equivalent.

Start with one campaign and a clear division of work

If you need content distribution, targeted engagement activities, AI personalization and advocacy reporting, GaggleAMP may cover the program on its own. Add Linkwiz when you also want coordinated employee profile updates and a shared review of company-related participation.

Create the Linkwiz report for one group, agree the profile updates and use GaggleAMP to deliver the campaign activities. Tell employees where to get help. After they have had time to act, review available profile and activity findings alongside the program’s own reports, then improve the next round.

The platform overview and pricing FAQ also differ in how broadly they describe dedicated support, so use the quote to confirm it. Public material reviewed supports built-in AI and team-chat workflows; no external GaggleAMP MCP action was verified.
