Choose the support your employees need
Use Ambassify when you want to run an employee advocacy program: assess readiness, train employees, give them relevant campaigns and measure participation. Its platform brings those stages together. It also has its own AI, personal posts, engagement analytics and reporting over time.
Add Linkwiz when you also want a shared review of the LinkedIn profiles representing the company and the available activity around company and colleague posts. A team lead can turn those findings into specific profile updates, offer conversational help and review later changes alongside the advocacy program.
| Your question | Ambassify | Linkwiz |
|---|---|---|
| Why are employees not participating? | Use readiness responses, skills progress and program activity to decide where to help. | Review profile findings and available company participation with supporting evidence. |
| Which profiles need updating? | Pulse includes profile strength in its questionnaire and gives personal tips. | Find employee profile checks that need attention and coordinate the updates. |
| How do we help people start posting? | Provide short lessons, campaigns, share copy and Personal Posts with AI support. | Discuss accessible findings and relevant posts through a connected assistant or Slack. |
| What should we measure? | Program adoption, shared-post results and tracked traffic. | Profile findings and captured company or colleague contributions. |
| How do we see progress? | Review skills completion, campaign performance and period comparisons. | Compare available profile scans and review activity across selected periods. |
Ambassify may be enough for the training and advocacy program. Use both when you need that program and an ongoing profile and company activity review. Keep each report’s purpose clear rather than treating team support or analytics as unique to one product.
Start with readiness, observed engagement or a profile audit
Ambassify offers two useful starting points. Pulse invites employees to answer a questionnaire about profile strength, confidence, activity, alignment and willingness. It returns readiness scores and personal tips. This can help explain what employees feel ready to do.
Its Employee Social Engagement Score is different: you provide the company Page URL, and Ambassify reviews employee reactions to the latest ten LinkedIn posts. The service describes a manually checked PDF benchmark report with recommended next steps. It gives leadership a starting view of participation without inviting employees to complete Pulse.
In Linkwiz, create the company report through the UI and choose the employees to review. Use the profile checks and available activity evidence to decide what needs attention. A readiness answer, a reaction benchmark and a profile finding can all be useful; they answer different questions.
Example: Walt is starting a video-brief campaign. Pulse could help marketing understand who wants more guidance. The engagement score could provide an initial view of reactions to recent Page posts. A Linkwiz profile review helps the lead identify updates for the people taking part.
Give each employee a clear profile update
Before the campaign, review whether employees’ profiles show their current role and connection to the company. Look at the headline, company cover, current company in the profile intro and workplace in Experience. Open the evidence and next step for findings that need attention.

Share a usable asset or an example from a colleague who passed the relevant check. “Use this approved cover” or “Show the current company in your intro” gives the employee a specific task. The team profile audit guide covers the full review.
Employees can follow Linkwiz’s recommendations directly, discuss them through connected AI or upload an exported personal optimization plan to their own assistant. Keep one person responsible for following up with the group. The profile updates guide explains these support options.
Build confidence inside the advocacy program
Ambassify’s Skills gives employees short lessons around the action they are about to take. The documented paths cover Boost, Share, editing share messages and creating a Personal Post. Admins can see which paths people complete and where they need help.
Use that progression when employees are unsure what is expected. Someone can start by participating in a relevant campaign, then learn to personalize a share and write an original post. Skills settings let admins choose paths and adapt relevant lessons with company examples and guidance.
For Walt, give the sales group a video-brief campaign that relates to customer conversations. Belle can contribute a question she asks before a brief is approved. A customer success colleague can share a lesson from helping a customer explain their message. The shared topic gives them a starting point; their experience makes the contribution useful.
Ambassify Personal Posts supports original text, images or video, writing tips, AI improvements and an optional admin approval flow. Keep that creation and review process in Ambassify when it already fits your program.
Put campaign delivery and conversational help where people work
Ambassify’s activation tools include targeted campaigns, notifications and member feed preferences. Push and email can deliver new content; its documented campaign RSS feeds also support Slack notifications. A Teams integration can make the community accessible inside Teams, subject to the plan and setup.
Ambassify has its own AI features for campaign ideas, share messages, translations and member copy. Use them when the employee is creating or adapting content inside the advocacy program.
Use Linkwiz connections for a conversation about accessible profile findings or company activity. Belle can ask the Slack agent what her report recommends, or discuss what she could contribute to a relevant post. The Linkwiz feed provides posts and context; the connected assistant or conversational agent provides discussion and drafting help.
Give employees a clear routine: where campaigns arrive, where to create a post and where to ask for help. The team AI agent guide covers private support and report access. Connect the products separately; this workflow does not assume reports or completed activities automatically transfer between them.
Review the program and the contributions behind it
Ambassify’s reporting covers campaign performance, ambassador activity, skills progress and comparisons by group or period. Use it to understand whether employees are joining the program and how the shared content performs.
Its Sharing Report documents engagement metrics for eligible posts shared through its API sharing feature, including LinkedIn personal profiles and Company Pages. Confirm the supported sharing method when choosing the results to report.
In Linkwiz, read the available employee participation around the company and colleagues. The matrix helps a lead find who needs support with which activity, then open the evidence before deciding what to do.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.
Belle’s Company Comments finding may lead to a conversation about Walt’s video-brief post, while another employee needs a profile update or a different topic. The team engagement review guide shows how to read these findings.
Keep the definitions separate. Ambassify’s glossary counts members who viewed or interacted with a campaign as active members. That is not the same as people who published on LinkedIn. Its earned media value prices supported clicks and impressions at advertising rates; it is not sales revenue or cash saved.
Use changes over time to choose the next useful action
Ambassify already supports period comparisons and skills progress. Review the same employee group and campaign types when deciding whether the program is becoming easier to use. Look at participation alongside the help employees have received, not just a leaderboard.
In Linkwiz, compare available profile scans after employees make updates, and review captured company activity for the selected people and period. The profile progress guide explains how to read later findings.
Use the two views to choose the next action. If employees completed training but rarely contribute, ask whether the campaigns fit their work. If they are posting regularly but their profiles need updating, give them that task. If a colleague wants help turning an experience into a contribution, offer the weekly conversation workflow.
Read the supporting activity and keep the reporting period clear. More completed lessons or improved profile checks do not, by themselves, prove that a campaign generated more leads.
Confirm the plan and give people the right responsibility
Ambassify uses a tailored quote for Essential, Premium and Enterprise. The page positions them around company size: up to 200, 200–500 and over 500 employees. These are recommended bands, not a verified limit on licensed advocates. Confirm the group and features in your quote.
| Planning question | Ambassify | Linkwiz Starter |
|---|---|---|
| Which workflow are we buying? | An advocacy community, employee training, campaigns and program reporting. | Shared profile findings and company activity review. |
| How is it priced? | Tailored quote; confirm licensed advocates, admin seats and options. | $25/month or $250/year in USD. |
| What access should we plan? | Advocates participate; content creators and admins have different publishing responsibilities. | 25 tracked people, 3 companies and 3 workspace members. |
The pricing page lists training, AI and reporting in Essential; more targeting and Personal Posts in Premium; and SSO, Teams embedding and additional enterprise capabilities in Enterprise. Confirm chat delivery, languages, export options and custom reporting for your chosen setup rather than assuming every feature is included.
Ambassify’s roles guide distinguishes advocates, content creators, managers and administrators. A content creator prepares drafts; authorized managers or admins handle the relevant publication and settings. Use the role that fits each person’s job.
In Linkwiz pricing, tracked employees are separate from workspace members and do not each need a Linkwiz account. Choose who manages the report and how the wider team receives help. Budget for both responsibilities instead of comparing advocates directly with workspace seats.
Start with one group and one participation goal
If you want readiness assessments, in-app learning, campaigns and advocacy reporting, Ambassify can cover that program. Add Linkwiz when you also want coordinated profile updates and an ongoing view of available company-related contributions.
Choose one employee group, create the Linkwiz report and agree the profile updates. Use Ambassify for the training and campaign workflow. Tell people where to get help, then review the available findings and program results together before expanding.

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 14 October 2026. Reviewed current Ambassify platform, Pulse, Employee Social Engagement Score, Skills, Personal Posts, AI, notifications, permissions, pricing and reporting documentation, plus current Linkwiz pricing and team guides. No questionnaire or score request was submitted, and no paid account, generated copy, authenticated integration or campaign result was tested.
Current public pages vary in how they describe language and integration entitlements, so confirm these in the quote. Older AI support material still uses beta wording; the current pricing and product pages describe AI as part of the offering. The recent Sharing Report and glossary define earned media value more fully than the pricing FAQ’s older Click Cost description; use the report definition when planning metrics.
Pulse questionnaire responses, the ten-post reaction benchmark, program activity and captured Linkwiz contributions are different evidence. Neither report should be treated as a prediction of sales. Examples are labeled Example. Suggested use together does not imply a partnership, direct synchronization or guaranteed result.
