When does your team need Supergrow, Linkwiz or both?

Use Supergrow when marketing needs to help busy employees publish in their own voice and keep drafts, reviews and reporting in one place. Its employee advocacy platform also includes engagement support, challenges and personalized weekly guidance. You do not need another tool simply to add a team report or an AI connection.

Add Linkwiz when you also want a coordinated view of employee profile updates and participation around the company. Which profiles need a clearer company connection? Who contributes to company and colleague conversations? Which findings changed after employees updated their profiles? Those questions help a team lead organize the next steps alongside the publishing plan.

Prepare the profiles behind your publishing program

Example: Walt wants its sales and customer success teams to contribute to a video campaign. Belle has a customer question worth turning into a post. Before marketing schedules it, the team lead checks that her profile clearly shows her current role and the company she represents.

Create a Linkwiz company report in the UI and select the employees. Review findings for the headline, cover image, current company in the profile intro and workplace in Experience. Open the evidence and next step rather than asking everyone to rewrite their profile from scratch. The team profile audit guide explains the full set of checks.

Find a useful company cover or another good example among colleagues who passed the relevant check. Give Belle the specific update and the asset or example she can use. Recommendations in Linkwiz, private conversational help and an exported personal AI plan provide different ways to support her; the profile updates guide shows those options.

Turn employee expertise into reviewed posts in Supergrow

Supergrow’s Content DNA and PostCast workflow captures each person’s topics, experience and writing style. Employees can talk through a practical lesson in an AI interview, or start from a topic, voice note, article, PDF or video. Marketing can turn a campaign source into different drafts for selected employees.

For Walt, Belle could explain a question customers ask before approving a video brief. A customer success colleague could share a lesson from implementing one. Give each author a chance to correct the details and choose what appears under their name.

Use the approval workflow to send a draft for review, collect feedback and move the approved version toward scheduling. Review access is tied to the relevant workspace: invite the people who need to write or approve that employee’s content. The member permissions guide distinguishes content managers from the people whose profiles publish the posts.

Supergrow’s team management and calendar give marketing a shared view of the publishing plan. Agree who drafts, who reviews and whose account publishes before filling the calendar.

Give people a useful way to join company conversations

Supergrow already offers a focused engagement workflow. In Engage, employees build lists of people and Pages, review recent posts and choose whether to react, comment or repost. AI can suggest comments in their voice. It is useful when the daily job is finding and responding to selected relationships.

Linkwiz adds a company report view: review the captured participation behind each employee’s company and team findings, then find relevant posts in Activity Tracking. Belle’s own publishing results and whether she joined a company conversation are both useful to leadership.

The Linkwiz feed supplies posts and context. A connected assistant or the Linkwiz agent in Slack can discuss how a post fits Belle’s work and help her draft a contribution. Choose that route when employees need help connected to their accessible findings and company activity. The weekly recommendations guide explains the recurring workflow.

Keep one clear starting point for employees. If Supergrow’s Engage already handles their chosen relationships, keep using it. Use Linkwiz’s company feed and employee findings where they add a useful company view, then let each person choose the contribution they want to make.

Connect AI to the work you want it to help with

Supergrow has its own MCP connection for ChatGPT, Claude and other compatible assistants. Its documented uses include drafting and scheduling content, reading analytics, reviewing the calendar and managing team content. An AI connector is therefore an area of overlap, not a reason on its own to add Linkwiz.

Connect Linkwiz when the conversation should use accessible company reports, profile findings and captured activity. An employee can ask what to update on their profile; a team lead can ask which findings need attention or compare available periods. The team AI agent guide covers account access, actions and exporting a personal plan for employees who do not have their own connector.

Slack also serves different jobs. Supergrow’s Slack setup documents notifications when posts publish and weekly analytics summaries. Linkwiz’s AI and team-chat integrations let employees discuss accessible findings and get private help with their next steps. Decide which notification or conversation belongs in each place.

Connect each service separately with the intended account and permissions. If you use both in an assistant, say which report or publishing workspace to use and whether you want a summary, a draft or an action. This guide does not assume a direct Supergrow-to-Linkwiz data connection.

Review content results alongside profile and participation progress

Supergrow’s team analytics bring member publishing performance together, with weekly insights delivered through Slack or email. Its personal analytics guide explains follower, impression and engagement trends, previous weekly reports and the post table. Supergrow already supports reviewing performance over time.

Use Linkwiz to review available profile scans and captured activity for the employee group. After Belle updates her headline, check the later finding. After she contributes to a company post, read the available contribution behind the activity total. The profile progress and engagement review guides explain those reviews.

Match the people and periods before comparing results. Supergrow’s September update explains that account cards count activity during the selected dates, while the post table reports lifetime totals for posts published in that range. Receiving comments on a post and leaving a comment on a colleague’s post also answer different questions. Keep those definitions clear in the leadership summary.

The current Supergrow pricing page includes MCP in Pro and adds approvals, team reporting and Slack notifications in Teams. Its FAQ says the admin dashboard is free and directs teams needing more than five accounts to Enterprise. Budget from that current plan structure rather than assuming a flat per-employee rate.

Linkwiz Starter is $25 per month or $250 per year in USD, with 25 tracked people, 3 companies and 3 workspace members. Linkwiz pricing distinguishes tracked profiles from people who operate the workspace. The employees you track do not each need a Linkwiz account.

A company might publish from five executive accounts while reviewing profiles and company participation across a larger group. Define both groups before choosing plans. Five publishing accounts and 25 tracked profiles are different allowances.

Start with the team question you still need answered

If your goal is original employee posts, approvals, focused engagement and content reporting, start with Supergrow’s existing workflow. Add Linkwiz when leadership also needs organized profile updates and employee-specific company participation follow-up.

Try the combination with one campaign group. Create the Linkwiz report, agree the profile updates, run the employee publishing plan in Supergrow and choose where people receive conversational support. Review the next available profile and activity results alongside publishing performance before expanding.

About this guide

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 14 October 2026. Reviewed current Supergrow employee advocacy, writing, Engage, team management, analytics, MCP, pricing, September changelog and support documentation, plus current Linkwiz pricing, integrations and team guides. Monthly and yearly public pricing controls were checked. No paid account, generated output, authenticated MCP action or publishing workflow was tested.

Current pricing takes precedence over the team feature page’s broad per-seat wording. Public pages and help material describe different weekly report generation days and role names; confirm the delivery schedule and permissions during setup. The guide describes their supported purpose without assuming a specific delivery day or identical access across products. Proposed workflows do not imply a partnership, direct synchronization or guaranteed result. Report examples use the label Example.
