Does your team need Vulse, Linkwiz or both?

Use Vulse when the job is helping employees publish regularly and understanding the response their content receives. It already brings writing, scheduling, approvals, team reporting and weekly guidance together. You do not need another tool just to add an employee leaderboard or a weekly performance email.

Add Linkwiz when leadership also needs a shared plan for employee profile updates and visibility into company-related participation. A well-performing employee post and an employee joining a useful company conversation are related, but they answer different questions.

Make the profiles behind your campaign ready

Example: Walt is launching a new video service. Marketing has a week of posts ready for executives and salespeople. Before those posts go out, the team lead reviews whether the participating profiles clearly show the current company, role and brand.

Create the company report in Linkwiz, select the employees and open the findings that need attention. A missing company cover, unclear company connection in a headline or outdated workplace becomes a specific update someone can make. Supply the cover asset or point to a colleague who passed the check. The team profile audit guide explains the review.

Run the employee publishing plan in Vulse

Vulse’s tone matching uses existing writing and company messaging to prepare drafts in each person’s voice. One company brief can become several employee drafts, with brand guidance applied across them.

For the Walt launch, an executive can discuss the business problem while Belle, an account executive, shares a customer question. Review each draft for the author’s actual experience. Vulse’s employee publishing workflow describes employees connecting their profiles, reviewing or editing drafts and scheduling approved posts.

Its multi-profile workspace supports personal profiles and company Pages, including executive posting support. Agree which account publishes, who prepares the draft and who signs it off. Confirm the exact permissions and approval settings for your workspace; the public pages do not document every role or approval configuration.

Linkwiz adds the profile and participation follow-up around that plan. Use Vulse’s publishing workflow for the posts themselves; an employee appearing in a Linkwiz report does not automatically authorize posting from that employee’s account.

Include employees who have something to add to a conversation

The launch also creates opportunities to comment on the company announcement or a colleague’s explanation. Belle may know what customers ask before a video project begins. She can bring that experience to an existing discussion, alongside the original posts planned in Vulse.

Vulse already has community management for company mentions, tags and comments, with likes and replies from supported connected accounts. Assign the company response to the right owner. Linkwiz’s engagement findings help the lead review employee participation around the company and see the captured activity behind those findings.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.

Linkwiz’s feed supplies the posts and context. A connected ChatGPT, Claude or Codex assistant, or the Linkwiz agent in Slack, can discuss why a post fits someone’s work and help them draft a contribution. The weekly recommendations guide shows how to turn that into regular support. The feed itself does not write the comment.

Vulse’s built-in writing and weekly recommendations are already useful for its publishing program. Choose Linkwiz’s AI and Slack options when you want employees to discuss accessible profile findings or company-related activity in that environment. Each connection needs its own access; no direct Vulse-to-Linkwiz connection is assumed.

Read post performance and employee contributions side by side

Vulse’s analytics reports impressions, engagement and follower growth for connected profiles and aggregates team performance. Its Account Score combines consistency, engagement and growth signals and can be followed over time. That score is a different kind of summary from an individual profile finding.

Its leaderboards rank employees by published posts, impressions and engagement. Vulse also offers weekly content reports with summaries and recommendations. Recognize those capabilities when deciding what reporting you already have.

In Linkwiz, review the selected period, employees and available contributions to company and colleague conversations. Read the post or comment behind a total. For profile updates, compare available scans to see which findings changed. The engagement review and profile progress guides explain those views.

For the launch, ask two practical questions: which employee posts drew a response, and which colleagues contributed useful experience to the company’s conversations? Keep the dates and employee group consistent. A post receiving comments is different from an employee leaving a comment on someone else’s post. Available account data and captured activity determine what each review covers; neither view alone proves a sales result.

Compare connected publishing seats with tracked employees

Vulse team pricing · USD per user per month
Team sizeAnnual billingMonthly billing
1–10 seats$18$24
11–49 seats$14$19
50–99 seats$10$13
100+ seats$6$8

The current Vulse pricing page publishes these USD seat bands, with annual rates billed annually. It lists no seat minimum and includes the full platform, onboarding and training. Confirm the currency, billing period and required seats; the headline starting price applies to the largest band.

Linkwiz Starter is $25 per month or $250 per year in USD, with 25 tracked people, 3 companies and 3 workspace members. Linkwiz pricing separates the people you review from the members operating the workspace. A tracked employee and a Vulse publishing seat are different billing units.

For a pilot, budget for the profiles you need to publish from in Vulse and the employee group you want to review in Linkwiz. Check both plans against your actual workflow before expanding.

Start with the question your current setup does not answer

If Vulse’s writing, approvals, scheduling, community management and performance reports cover your goal, start there. A second tool is useful only when the team has another job to do.

If you also need coordinated profile updates and employee-specific company participation follow-up, create a Linkwiz report for one group. Agree the profile changes, plan the group’s posts in Vulse and offer help with relevant company conversations. After people act, review available findings and contributions alongside Vulse’s content results.

About this guide

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 14 October 2026. Reviewed current Vulse product, tone matching, multi-profile, community management, analytics, leaderboard, weekly report and pricing material, plus current Linkwiz pricing and team guides. Inspected Vulse’s public USD billing controls and pricing FAQ. No paid account, generated draft, connected LinkedIn profile, authenticated API or publishing workflow was tested.

Public Vulse sources establish publishing, review and reporting scope, but do not establish every workspace role, approval configuration or external AI connector action. “All integrations” on a pricing page is not a verified list of connector capabilities. Confirm those details with Vulse if they matter to your plan. This guide proposes complementary workflows, not a partnership, direct synchronization or guaranteed outcome.
