Connect the company’s social program with employee participation

Your marketing team has approved a LinkedIn post. The social manager schedules it, handles replies and reviews how it performs. Sales and customer success colleagues could add useful perspectives too, but they need to see the post, understand why it matters and feel comfortable contributing.

Use Sprout Social to coordinate the company’s social work across connected accounts and networks. Use Linkwiz to review the people representing the company on LinkedIn and help them act on profile and participation findings. Together, the workflow covers the social program and the employee support around it.

Prepare employee profiles before the next campaign

Create a Linkwiz company report for the people you want to involve. Review the headline, company cover, current company in the profile intro and workplace details. The profile should give someone who arrives from a post or comment a clear sense of the person’s role and connection to your company.

Use the findings to choose practical updates. Share a company cover or an example from a colleague who passes the relevant check. Keep each employee’s expertise and voice while making the company connection easy to recognize.

The team profile audit guide explains the review. The profile updates guide covers recommendations, good colleague examples and support for making the changes.

Give company publishing and audience replies a clear owner

Sprout’s publishing tools cover shared calendars, drafts, scheduling and approval workflows. Keep company announcements, supporting assets and review responsibilities there. Choose the accounts and approval steps available in your plan.

After a post goes live, use Sprout’s Smart Inbox and engagement tools to organize supported incoming comments and messages. Assign the company response to the appropriate person, so a customer question is handled rather than left between teams.

Sprout supports LinkedIn Company Page messages when Page messaging and the required connection are enabled. Check its LinkedIn message coverage for the connected account type. Company replies and an employee’s own contribution are different responsibilities.

Use Employee Advocacy to bring useful content to colleagues

Employee Advocacy by Sprout Social gives employees a place to find shareable content and message ideas. It supports relevant topics, employee content suggestions and targeted newsletters or broadcasts through Slack and Microsoft Teams.

For a campaign, prepare content colleagues can use and explain who it is useful for. An approved company announcement may need precise wording. A practical lesson can leave room for a colleague’s experience and personal voice. Agree that distinction when preparing the content.

Sprout’s Advocacy connection guide explains how its social management and advocacy accounts work together. This is a Sprout workflow; it does not create a direct connection with Linkwiz.

Read employee participation alongside the content program

In Linkwiz, review available findings for how employees engage with the company Page and colleagues. Open the supporting activity behind a finding before choosing a next step. A report helps you see who may need a useful opportunity, a more relevant topic or help getting started.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.

Example: an employee’s Company Comments finding is Optimize. Review the evidence, then explore the company activity feed for a post related to their work. A sales colleague might have a customer question to contribute; someone in customer success may have a practical lesson.

Linkwiz supplies the posts and findings. A connected AI assistant or the conversational Linkwiz agent in Slack can help the employee discuss their experience and draft a contribution. The employee reviews what they want to say. See the team engagement review and participation support guide.

Use team chat for both content distribution and personal help

Sprout’s integrations and Advocacy settings describe content broadcasts and communication controls. Sprout also offers Slack notifications for tasks and approvals. Choose the right route for the social team and for employees receiving advocacy content.

Use Linkwiz in Slack when a colleague wants to ask about their accessible report or get help with a next step. A shared content announcement can start the process; a private conversation can help the person turn their own experience into something useful to say.

Keep the account connections and access clear. A Sprout broadcast does not automatically give Linkwiz access to Sprout content or grant an employee permission to private Linkwiz reports.

Choose AI help around the question and its source data

Sprout has its own AI tools. AI Assist and Trellis support work within its platform. The Trellis Studio guide describes recurring analysis of content performance, inbox activity and listening topics. Use those insights to inform the social program and the next content discussion.

Linkwiz’s AI integrations bring accessible employee profile and activity findings into supported assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Codex. Ask about a finding, prioritize an update or discuss what an employee could contribute to a relevant post.

Sprout also documents a ChatGPT connection. Its setup guide currently limits that connection to TikTok publishing data. Do not assume it imports LinkedIn reports into your assistant. If you want a brief combining the social program and employee findings, provide the appropriate permitted context and check which connection supplied each part.

Review campaign performance and employee progress together

Use Sprout’s analytics to review connected account and post performance, paid and organic results, and the advocacy reporting you have purchased. Its customer-care reports also cover response and case activity. Keep the team’s publishing and audience-service questions connected to those views.

Use Linkwiz to review captured employee participation and compare available profile scans over time. Keep the employee group and activity period consistent, then read the contributions behind the totals. The profile progress guide covers the profile comparison.

These views answer related questions. A company post may perform well while some colleagues still need help participating. A colleague may improve their profile while the campaign needs different content. Review both and choose the next action without treating a profile update or public comment as proof of revenue impact.

Turn audience insights into useful employee topics

If your team uses Sprout’s Listening, use supported audience themes and customer questions to inform content discussions. Check the networks, topics and data available to your subscription; a broad listening product does not mean every LinkedIn conversation is included.

Bring a relevant theme to employees who can add experience. Combine that topic with the company or colleague posts available in Linkwiz. Give people a reason to participate grounded in their work, then use what they share to improve the next round of content.

Budget for social management and employee reviews separately

Plan considerations · Annual and monthly billing differ
Product or optionPublished starting pointWhat to budget for
Linkwiz Starter$25/month; 25 profiles, 3 companies and 3 workspace users.Employees reviewed and the people coordinating reports.
Sprout Social Essentials$79 per seat/month billed annually; $99 per seat/month billed monthly.A publishing-focused plan with up to 5 connected social profiles.
Sprout Social Standard$199 per seat/month billed annually.Social management seats and up to 5 connected social profiles.
Employee Advocacy, Listening and Premium AnalyticsSeparate add-ons on Standard and higher plans. The relevant solution, employee access and any additional costs in your quote.

Read the current Sprout Social pricing and Linkwiz plans. Sprout publishes higher Professional and Advanced tiers and custom Enterprise pricing. Confirm the approval, reporting, customer-care and AI features you need, as well as billing cadence and add-ons.

A connected social profile in Sprout, a Sprout seat and an employee profile reviewed in Linkwiz are different units. Ask for the advocacy access your employees need rather than assuming everyone needs a full social management seat.

Start with one campaign and a specific employee group. Agree who owns company publishing, who responds to customers and how colleagues will get personal help. Review the results before expanding.

About this guide

This guide is published by Linkwiz. We reviewed Sprout Social’s official product, pricing, integration and help documentation on 12 October 2026, alongside current Linkwiz pages and guides. The shared workflow is our recommendation based on those documented capabilities.

This is a documentation review, with no paid-account, publishing, inbox or connector testing. Some help pages restricted direct requests; their official content was reviewed through web retrieval. Confirm current plan permissions, add-on pricing and connection coverage for your setup.

The report visual is labeled Example and explains employee findings. It is not a measured campaign result. This guide does not imply a direct Linkwiz–Sprout Social integration or a commercial partnership.
