Connect the social program with the people taking part

Your company is preparing a campaign on LinkedIn. Marketing has posts to publish, employees have relevant experience to share and leadership wants to understand the result. A useful workflow connects those three parts.

Oktopost brings company publishing, employee advocacy and B2B marketing reporting together. Linkwiz adds a practical employee review: how profiles represent the company, which participation is captured and what each person can do next. Use both when you need that employee support alongside a managed social program.

Prepare the profiles people will visit

A useful employee post can lead someone to open the author’s profile. Before a campaign, use Linkwiz Profile Optimization to review the team’s headlines, company covers, current company and workplace details. Open individual findings to see the evidence and recommended next steps.

Share examples from colleagues who pass the relevant checks. Give each person a manageable update and a way to ask for help. The team profile audit guide explains the review; the profile updates guide covers employee support.

Make these updates part of campaign preparation. A sales colleague can explain the customer problems they work on, while a technical colleague can explain their expertise. Both can make their company connection easy to recognize.

Keep company publishing and employee content connected

Oktopost’s publishing tools connect posts to campaigns and provide a shared calendar, media library and review process. Marketing can organize the company’s publishing and keep approved assets available to contributors.

Its Advocacy Board gives employees approved content to discover and share. Segment that content by topic, department, region or language so a colleague can find something relevant to their work.

Example: marketing prepares a webinar campaign. The company Page publishes the announcement, while the board offers employees relevant content they can share with their networks. A sales colleague can add a customer question; a product colleague can explain why the topic matters.

Use Oktopost’s AI to personalize employee posts

Oktopost’s Advocacy Agent adapts approved company content using an employee’s Personalized Voice Profile. It offers a review-and-approve workflow and an auto-pilot publishing option. Choose the workflow that fits the program and the employee’s preferences.

For a new group, start with review and approval. Employees can check whether the draft sounds like them and add a detail they know first-hand. Agree who keeps the approved company content current and who reviews posts that need extra input.

Oktopost also supports team and regional access, approval workflows and central oversight. Its enterprise guidance describes how to give local teams their own content and permissions while keeping the wider program organized.

Use employee findings to offer the right support

Use the Linkwiz employee matrix to review participation alongside the publishing program. The company engagement checks cover following the Page and recorded likes, comments, reposts and mentions. Open the individual evidence before deciding what help to offer.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.

Example: Belle follows the company Page and has recorded likes, but the Company Comments finding is Optimize. Read the evidence and look at recent company posts in Activity Tracking. A post related to a customer question she knows can give her a useful starting point.

The feed supplies the posts and activity context. A connected AI assistant or the Linkwiz Slack agent can discuss what Belle might contribute and help draft it. The engagement review guide explains how to interpret the findings.

Use that review for active employees too. Someone who already shares company content may want help developing a post of their own or joining a colleague’s conversation.

Give each notification a clear purpose

Oktopost’s Slack advocacy app delivers new board stories into Slack. Its Microsoft Teams integration makes advocacy content, boards and related features available inside Teams.

Linkwiz in Slack gives employees a conversation about accessible report findings and relevant next steps. A person can ask about a profile update, discuss a post or get help with a contribution. The weekly recommendations guide describes recurring support.

If you use both in Slack, decide what each message is for. Let the advocacy program distribute approved stories. Use Linkwiz conversations for employee findings and support. Coordinate the timing so people receive a clear opportunity they can act on.

Separate employee participation from campaign results

Oktopost’s Social Analytics includes content performance, advocacy adoption, paid and organic results, custom dashboards and reporting exports. Its CRM and marketing integrations support reporting on social activity alongside leads and opportunities.

The Salesforce integration, for example, brings social insights into dashboards and supports advocacy access for salespeople. Work with marketing operations to confirm the connected data, tracking setup and attribution rules before interpreting the results.

Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking lets you select the available period and employees, review captured interactions and read the contributions behind the totals. That supports a different conversation: who took part, what they contributed and where another useful opportunity or some help might make a difference.

At the monthly review, ask both sets of questions. Which campaign content resonated with the audience? Which employees are participating, and whose profiles or next steps need attention? Compare available periods and profile scans consistently. A recorded interaction is participation evidence; it does not establish that the recommendation caused a sale.

Bring the right product context into your AI assistant

Oktopost has its own Claude Code plugin. Its official documentation describes drafting and scheduling posts, campaign work, approvals and analytics through the Oktopost connection. Confirm API access and permitted actions for your account.

Linkwiz’s AI integrations bring accessible profile reports and activity context into supported assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Codex. Use that conversation to understand a finding, find relevant posts or work through an employee’s next step.

Where both connections are available in the same assistant, you can review employee needs and campaign information in one workflow. Review the context and any requested action before proceeding. These are separate connections; this guide does not describe a direct Linkwiz–Oktopost integration.

Choose access for the social team and the employees reviewed

Plan considerations · Confirm current access, modules and allowances
Product or planPublished starting pointWhat to confirm
Linkwiz Starter$25/month; 25 profiles, 3 companies and 3 workspace users.Employees reviewed and the people coordinating their reports and support.
Oktopost ProfessionalAnnual plan with a tailored quote.Publishing, engagement, analytics, lead tracking and CRM integration requirements.
Oktopost AdvancedAnnual plan with a tailored quote.Additional approvals, governance, SSO, provisioning and API access.

Oktopost’s pricing page says the final quote depends on team size and add-ons. Ask which advocacy features, Advocacy Agent access, integrations and reporting are included. Check the current Linkwiz plans against the number of employee profiles and report coordinators you need.

Start with one team and a specific campaign. Agree the publishing process, employee support and reporting questions, then expand once those responsibilities are clear.

About this guide

This guide is published by Linkwiz. We reviewed Oktopost’s public product, plan, integration and official Claude plugin documentation on 12 October 2026, alongside current Linkwiz product pages and guides. The shared workflow is our recommendation based on those documented capabilities.

This is a documentation review, with no paid-account or connector testing. Direct automated requests to Oktopost returned access restrictions; its official pages were reviewed through web retrieval. Exact module access, pricing, API permissions and reporting coverage should be confirmed with the vendor.

The report visual is labeled Example. Its employee findings show how to read a report; they are not campaign performance measurements. This page recommends a division of work between two products and does not imply a commercial partnership.
