Help employees understand the story before they share it

A company announcement can arrive as a link with a request to share it. The employee still needs to understand why it matters to their work, which details their audience would find useful and what they can add from experience.

Sociabble connects internal communication with employee advocacy. Its current product name is Poppulo Experience Platform; the official site confirms the same platform continues under that name. Use it to give employees relevant company context and ready-to-use content. Use Linkwiz to review the profiles behind those contributions and support public participation.

Give the right employees the context behind the announcement

The content creation tools cover company news, social posts, newsletters, surveys and employee contributions. Communication teams can prepare internal news and a separate social post, instead of expecting employees to turn a long announcement into a useful LinkedIn contribution themselves.

Example: Walt announces a new way to plan customer video projects. Sales needs to understand how it changes briefing conversations. Customer success needs the practical implications for existing customers. Marketing needs a clear public explanation. Give each group the context they can use.

Invite employees and local teams to contribute their own questions, photos or experience. Those details can make the public story more useful than repeating the same announcement.

Reach teams in their own channels and languages

Multichannel communication supports targeted content through web, a branded mobile app, newsletters, SharePoint and Teams. Organize audiences and channels around the people who need the information, including their role, location and language.

The Microsoft 365 integration includes dedicated Teams tabs, content pushed into Teams channels, SharePoint widgets and Outlook newsletters. Its mobile access also supports frontline workers who do not have a corporate email address or an Office 365 license.

Example: send the briefing update to the customer-facing team, with the local context and language each group needs. Ask them which customer questions the announcement helps answer. Reading the internal update is one step; choosing a useful public contribution is another.

Prepare the profiles people will see after an employee post

When an employee shares a company story, someone may visit their LinkedIn profile to understand their expertise and connection to the business. Create a Linkwiz company report and review headlines, company covers, current company shown in the profile intro and workplace details.

Let employees add the part they know

The current advocacy offering includes a pre-approved content library, social sharing, scheduling and organization by department, region or theme. Employees can start with company content and adapt it to their audience.

Its AI sharing tools include a LinkedIn coach that writes from an idea or source, gives feedback and supports publication or scheduling. Company context and moderation guide the content, while employees can use their own tone, language and perspective.

Example: Belle adds a question she asks customers before a video brief is approved. A colleague in customer success shares a lesson from reviewing feedback. Both support the same company message through something they know firsthand.

The same AI tools can translate posts, help with video subtitle languages and generate or edit visuals where allowed. Choose the format that helps the audience understand the point.

Give leaders a clear review and publishing routine

Leadership advocacy gives executives a dedicated space for drafts and curated inspiration. Communication teams or writing assistants can prepare posts, track their status and support multiple leaders.

Leaders can request changes, approve content, publish themselves or delegate publication. The built-in LinkedIn AI agent can help create and refine the post. Agree who owns the draft and who has publishing responsibility before using delegation.

After publication, the leader’s post can appear in employee spaces for likes, comments and reshares. Give employees enough context to decide what they can add. Linkwiz can support the profiles and captured participation of the leaders and employees involved.

Support comments as well as new posts

Sharing a new post is one way to participate. An employee may also have a useful answer to a question on a company or colleague’s existing post. Make room for both in the team’s routine.

Use Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking to review captured posts and public participation. The feed supplies posts and context. Connected AI assistants or the conversational Linkwiz agent in Slack help the employee discuss what to contribute and draft a response.

Example: Belle sees a post about reducing rounds of feedback. She can discuss a question she uses to clarify the audience before production. The weekly recommendations guide explains how to give each person a practical starting point.

Use each assistant where its context is useful

Poppulo already provides AI content creation and a LinkedIn coach. Its platform integration tools also describe bringing third-party systems into Poppulo through APIs and MCP servers, with agents and micro apps available in platform pages and Ask AI conversations.

That is different from assuming a ready-made connector that exports all advocacy data into an employee’s ChatGPT or Claude account. Confirm the actual tools, permissions and data access for the integration you want to use.

Linkwiz has its own AI integrations for discussing accessible employee findings and captured public activity. Use the team AI agent guide to plan employee support. Connect each product separately where supported; this page does not describe automatic synchronization between them.

Separate communication reach from LinkedIn participation

Communication analytics help teams review campaigns, channels and employee audiences. Use those to understand whether the internal update reached the intended teams and which topics people engaged with.

Advocacy analytics cover post impressions, video views, followers, shares and other interactions. Employees can see personal LinkedIn performance, while managers use dashboards filtered by location, audience, platform or campaign.

The platform also identifies people and companies interacting with employee shares on LinkedIn and reports saved media value. An interaction is a reason to investigate the conversation; it does not by itself confirm a buying decision. Saved media value is a comparison with advertising cost, not booked revenue.

Review Linkwiz profile improvements over time and captured public participation alongside those results. Read the actual contributions before deciding what help employees need next.

Roll out a useful employee routine

Start with a team that knows the topic and can contribute something useful. Prepare the internal context, the public content and the people’s profiles. Give employees a choice of a post to share or a conversation they can join, then make help easy to find.

Alerts and acknowledgments can track whether required internal information was read or watched. Treat that acknowledgment separately from a LinkedIn contribution: confirming an internal update does not mean an employee published or commented.

Use early feedback to adjust the content and support. Some employees need a clearer example, some want help drafting, and others already participate and want fresh ideas. Measure those needs as well as the program’s totals.

Choose the modules around the program you want to run

The current pricing page separates communication, experience/mobile and employee/leadership advocacy packages, each offered through sales. Ask for the modules, users, integrations and support needed for your rollout.
