Build a routine that continues after the first conversation
A customer may have no new project this month. A partner may still be a useful person to know. A contact you met on LinkedIn can disappear from your attention while the team focuses on the next deadline.
Use Nimble to organize those relationships and remind employees when it is time to reconnect. Use Linkwiz to help the same people show their role and company clearly and join relevant public conversations. A recurring reminder and a useful LinkedIn contribution can support the same relationship in different ways.
| The question | Nimble | Linkwiz |
|---|---|---|
| Who should we keep in touch with? | Organize customers and partners with tags, contact records and saved lists. | Review the employees representing your company. |
| When should we reconnect? | Set Stay in Touch intervals and review recorded communication. | Find captured posts and participation worth discussing. |
| What should the employee do? | Assign a call, task or next step in a workflow. | Discuss a relevant contribution through connected AI or Slack. |
| What should the team review? | Email activity, workflow progress and deal reports. | Profile improvements and captured public participation over time. |
Choose who deserves a regular check-in
Nimble’s Stay in Touch feature lets you choose weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly intervals for a contact. Its status changes according to the last recorded interaction, and the Contacts view brings the people most out of touch to the top.
Example: Belle sets a quarterly check-in for a customer whose next launch is still months away. She keeps a note about the next planning conversation, so the reminder has a purpose beyond sending a general hello.
The reminder updates from supported email communication and logged calls, events or custom activities. A comment on LinkedIn should not be assumed to reset it automatically. Record the relevant activity when it belongs in the relationship history.
Give each employee a manageable list for today
Nimble’s Today Page widget surfaces contacts who have fallen out of touch. Employees can open the contact, send a message or log another kind of activity. Resetting or snoozing a reminder restarts the interval.
Start with a few relationships the person can meaningfully support. Read the last discussion and decide whether a call, a useful resource or a question would help. A reminder tells you a contact needs attention; it does not decide what that person needs.
Example: Belle checks what the customer last asked about video planning. She sends a relevant project example rather than another company update. If the timing is wrong, she changes the next step instead of treating the reminder as a target to clear.
Prepare the profiles people will visit
Use a Linkwiz company report to review the employees who represent your business. Check their headlines, company covers, current company in the profile intro and workplace information. A customer or partner should be able to understand who they work for and what they do.

Example: the report highlights employees who need a clearer company connection. Share an available company cover or a colleague’s good example, then give each person a practical update. Use the profile audit guide and profile updates guide to organize the work.
Bring relationship context into the places employees work
Nimble Prospector surfaces contact information and available team history while browsing LinkedIn, an inbox or a website. It supports notes, reminders and contact enrichment, helping employees return to the relationship without starting their research again.
Its enrichment guidance describes looking up a person by name and company domain, reviewing the results and saving useful details. Check the person and company match before using a suggested address. Enrichment uses credits and does not create a complete record of every public LinkedIn interaction.
Nimble also connects with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Decide which contacts, calendars and email sources the team needs, and use available history to prepare a relevant conversation.
Use stages for an ongoing process, not only a sales deal
Nimble’s Workflows organize people or companies through a repeatable process. Teams can adapt templates for customer support, partnerships, onboarding or other work, assign an owner and move contacts through stages.
Example: a partner workflow has stages for an introduction, a first conversation, an agreed next step and an ongoing check-in. Each stage should explain what needs to happen and who will do it. Move a relationship forward because that step happened, not simply because time passed.
A company record in a workflow does not automatically add every employee of that company. Choose the actual people your team works with. Keep deals for opportunities where a sales pipeline is useful.
Combine scheduled emails with work a person should do
Nimble supports email sequences, and its AI sequence generator can draft a sequence from your audience, goal and timing. Review the messages, personalization and exit conditions before using it.
Activities inside sequences can create tasks, calls or events at the start, after an email or after a delay, assigned to a teammate. Use a task for work that needs the person’s judgment, such as preparing a call or reading a contact’s LinkedIn post.
Example: after an introduction email, Belle receives a task to read the customer’s recent post before their meeting. If there is something useful to add, she can contribute in her own words. The task is a reminder for a human action; it is not proof that the comment was posted.
Support public participation alongside private follow-ups
Use Linkwiz’s Activity Tracking to review captured company and colleague posts and employee participation. These can give someone a useful opportunity to share experience even when there is no direct message to send.
The feed supplies posts and context. A connected AI assistant or the conversational Linkwiz agent in Slack helps the employee discuss how to contribute and draft a response. See the weekly recommendations guide for practical employee support.
Keep the relationship record in Nimble when a contribution leads to something worth remembering or following up. This workflow does not automatically synchronize Linkwiz activity with Nimble or turn a public interaction into a sales result.
Ask ChatGPT or Claude who needs attention
Nimble MCP lets supported assistants review accessible relationship history, find contacts you have not communicated with recently, create or update records and capture notes, calls and follow-up tasks. It respects your existing Nimble permissions and asks for confirmation before changes.
Example: ask your connected assistant which customers have not been contacted in sixty days and what you last discussed. Read the available context before deciding who needs a check-in. Connect Linkwiz separately through its AI integrations to review employee findings and captured public participation.
The MCP FAQ makes the action boundary clear: it can draft email replies but does not send them; sequence changes and marking deals won or lost remain in Nimble. Follow the current connection guide and check your assistant’s plan. Nimble includes MCP with all its plans at no extra cost.
Give colleagues the context they need
Nimble’s privacy settings control access to contacts, deals, messages and actions. Contacts can be shared, private, viewable or restricted to selected people and groups. A contact record and its messages have their own sharing considerations.
The contact privacy guide explains that account admins can access all contacts, and delegated view or edit permissions can override an owner’s contact setting. Agree the team’s access before relying on a private label.
Example: give the customer’s account team the information needed to prepare their check-in. Keep the employee profile review in Linkwiz and use its separate workspace permissions when sharing findings or asking an assistant to review them.
Review the routine over time, then adjust the support
Nimble’s Reports tab covers outbound email activity and deals. Email reports filter by date, message type and teammate and include sent messages, opens, clicks and replies. Deal reports help teams examine pipeline movement, forecasts and time in stages.
Dashboard controls let teams choose dates, users and pipelines. Shared dashboards are view-only for other teammates; individual report filters can override dashboard filters. Check the period and access settings before comparing the team’s work.
Review Linkwiz profile improvements over time and captured public participation alongside that routine. A scheduled CRM task and an observed LinkedIn contribution tell you different things. Use both to decide what support employees need next.

About this comparison
Evidence reviewed 12 October 2026. This page uses Nimble’s product, pricing and help documentation alongside Linkwiz product and guide pages. The live Nimble annual and monthly pricing options were checked in the browser. Some product pages blocked direct automated requests and were reviewed through the web reader or browser instead.
This is a public documentation review. We did not test a paid account, extension installation, email campaign, CRM change, connector or checkout. Nimble’s current enrichment help lists higher included credits than an older indexed version; confirm your allowance in the account before planning usage.
The report is an Example of reading employee findings, not a measured customer outcome. This page describes a shared workflow and does not imply a direct product integration or commercial partnership.
