Bring campaign results and employee participation into the same review

Your company has a LinkedIn launch coming up. Marketing is preparing the announcement and landing page. Sales colleagues could answer questions about the offer. Customer success has practical experience to share. After the launch, leadership wants to know who took part and what the campaign achieved.

Agorapulse and Linkwiz help with different parts of that work. Agorapulse coordinates managed social accounts, content, audience replies and advocacy campaigns. Linkwiz brings employee profiles and captured participation into the review, with practical support for the people who need it.

Prepare the employee profiles behind the campaign

Before inviting colleagues to take part, create a Linkwiz company report with the employees you want to involve. Review their headlines, company covers, current company in the profile intro and workplace details. Visitors arriving from a comment or post should be able to understand the person’s role and company connection.

Share the current company cover and point to colleagues whose profiles pass the relevant checks. Give each employee a clear update to make while keeping their own expertise and voice. The team profile audit guide and profile updates guide explain this process.

Agree who publishes and who answers for the company

Use Agorapulse’s publishing tools to plan posts, prepare drafts and coordinate the calendar. Its approval and shared-calendar options help colleagues or clients review content, depending on the plan.

Keep the company’s audience replies with the people responsible for that account. Agorapulse’s social inbox brings supported comments and messages into a managed workflow. Check the network-specific reply options; the channels and message types differ.

A company reply and an employee contribution serve different purposes. Marketing might answer a question on behalf of the Page. A colleague could add a personal lesson from their work. Agree who owns the official reply and let employees contribute where they have something useful to say.

Send the right campaign to the right advocates

Agorapulse’s Advocacy add-on supports employees, partners and other advocates. You can organize recipients into distribution lists and send selected campaigns through personalized email invitations.

There are two formats. A link campaign gives advocates a URL, such as a landing page or article, with suggested captions to share. A post campaign brings them to an existing social post to engage with using the available actions. Choose the format around the contribution you want: sharing a useful resource or joining a conversation already happening.

The advocate experience starts in email and continues in a dedicated Advocate Space. Tell colleagues what the topic means for their work and allow time to read it. When you want campaign activity recorded, use the actions provided on the campaign page.

Help each person find a useful contribution

Use Linkwiz’s participation findings to understand where someone may need support. For example, an employee might be active on LinkedIn while rarely joining the company’s conversations. The evidence behind a finding gives you a starting point for a discussion.

Example Linkwiz report: see who needs support with company engagement.

Linkwiz’s activity feed helps you find company and colleague posts. A connected assistant in ChatGPT, Claude or Codex, or the Linkwiz agent in Slack, can discuss those posts and help the employee draft a contribution. The feed supplies the activity; the conversation with AI helps turn it into a comment, repost or post.

For a post about agreeing a video brief, a salesperson could discuss a recent customer question with the assistant and turn their answer into a short comment. Keep the contribution grounded in their actual experience. The weekly engagement recommendations guide explains that support workflow.

Separate campaign managers, advocates and account access

Agorapulse’s permissions operate at organization and social-profile levels. Choose who can manage the account, work on each profile and review or publish content. For agencies, define access around the clients and accounts each person supports.

Advocates receiving a campaign have a different job from the users managing publishing and reports. Owners, Co-owners and Managers manage advocate access. Decide who needs campaign-management access and who simply needs an invitation to participate.

Budget for the correct access type. In Agorapulse, a profile-level Guest role still belongs to a paid user seat. The free Profile Connector role is for connecting accounts, rather than managing campaigns. Give people the access their work requires.

Use AI to review results and prepare the next draft

Agorapulse’s MCP connector lets supported assistants, including ChatGPT and Claude, read accessible social data, analyze performance, create draft posts and work with calendar notes. Post drafts are scheduled and published from Agorapulse. Supported inbox replies follow an active approval workflow.

With separate supported connections, an assistant can also discuss accessible Linkwiz findings. You might review which employees need profile help, examine the campaign’s content performance and prepare the next draft. Specify the company, accounts and period so the two sets of evidence stay clear.

Agorapulse also has a built-in Writing Assistant. Its Organization AI Context supplies company identity and communication guidance to writing and report summaries. Employee contributions still need the person’s own experience.

See the Linkwiz integrations for employee support. Connecting both products to an assistant requires separate access; this workflow does not imply automatic sharing between them.

Use notifications to bring people back to the work

Advocacy emails give employees a route to the selected content. Agorapulse’s Slack integration, available on its Custom plan, sends enabled publishing, inbox and account-connection notifications to individual users. Those notifications lead back to work in Agorapulse.

Linkwiz in Slack gives colleagues a place to ask privately about their profile findings or discuss how to engage with relevant posts. Use the campaign invitation to show what needs attention and conversational support to help someone decide what they can contribute.

Read participation, campaign response and website outcomes together

Start with the question you want answered. Did employees receive and respond to the invitation? Which content interested the audience? Did tracked visitors take a useful action on the website? Each report shows a different part of the story.

Agorapulse’s Advocacy reports show campaign and advocate-level results. Link campaigns report email response, sharing and tracked visits. Post campaigns report response and actions on the post. Read the relevant campaign type and period before comparing results.

Its Social Media ROI tools connect with Google Analytics to review website traffic, events and revenue data where configured. Tracked content reports can break results down by content, profile and Agorapulse user. That team-member view concerns the people publishing or replying through Agorapulse; it should not be treated as a list of every employee who participated.

Bring Linkwiz’s captured public activity into the review to read what employees contributed. A comment may explain a customer concern even when it has no tracked website link. Use the evidence and tracking scope to interpret each result, rather than treating a participation count as proof of a sale.

Choose what to improve in the next round

Use the same campaign definitions and comparable periods when reviewing progress. Read Agorapulse’s content and inbox reporting alongside advocacy response. Team performance reporting helps assess the work of social inbox managers; employee participation and profile improvements answer a different question.

Agorapulse’s AI summaries can help interpret available report data and suggest next steps. Check the reporting period and underlying content when acting on a summary.

Use Linkwiz to review profile changes over time and captured participation. If invitations are reaching people but contributions are thin, offer a more relevant topic or drafting help. If participation is growing, read the contributions and use what colleagues learn to improve the next campaign.

Budget for the people managing accounts and the employees involved

A Linkwiz profile is an employee being reviewed. An Agorapulse social profile is a connected account, such as a company Page or personal account. An Agorapulse user is a person working in the platform. Advocacy access is another part of the setup.

About this guide

Published by Linkwiz. Evidence reviewed 12 October 2026: official Agorapulse product, pricing, advocacy, permissions, reporting, AI and integration documentation, alongside Linkwiz product pages and guides. This is a documentation review, rather than a paid-account or connector test.

Prices use the current main pricing page and are in US dollars. Advocacy is listed as an add-on requiring a current quote. Module, network, role and AI access depend on the chosen setup. The MCP documentation labels the connector beta; confirm availability before building a workflow around it.

The report visual is an Example, not a measured customer outcome. This guide describes a shared working process; it does not announce a direct integration or commercial partnership. Website attribution depends on the configured tracking and does not establish that an employee’s contribution caused a sale.
