A finished headshot album is the start of the profile update
Your company has agreed a new look for employee portraits. The albums arrive, marketing approves the choices, and people receive their files. The next job is helping each employee put their chosen portrait on LinkedIn and checking the profile visitors will actually see.
Aragon AI handles the portrait project. Linkwiz helps a team lead coordinate LinkedIn profile findings and follow-up. Use Aragon on its own when creating and delivering headshots is the whole task. Use both when the portrait project is part of a wider team profile update.
| Step | Use Aragon AI for | Use Linkwiz for |
|---|---|---|
| Agree the look | Choose the portrait backgrounds and attire. | Review the LinkedIn profile updates your team needs. |
| Create the portraits | Invite employees and track headshot creation. | Give each employee a clear profile task. |
| Choose and deliver | Review albums, edit images and download selected files. | Help employees follow their profile recommendations. |
| Apply the update | Use the delivered portrait as the new profile asset. | Review public photo visibility and other profile findings. |
| Follow up | See headshot creation status in the admin dashboard. | Compare available later profile scans and follow up on remaining findings. |
Employees make the changes to their own LinkedIn profiles. Decide who owns portrait approval, file delivery and profile follow-up so a completed album leads to a completed update.
Agree the portrait brief before inviting the team
Aragon’s team headshots workflow supports brand settings, employee invitations, creation status and album downloads. Start with a small group to agree what a usable portrait looks like before inviting everyone.
Choose a background and attire that fit the company while leaving room for the person. Ask employees to review whether the result looks like them, including their hair, glasses and expression. Check the face at the small size and circular crop people see on LinkedIn. The profile picture guide explains that review.
Set up who will approve the albums and who will send the chosen files. Aragon lists an album approval flow on Teams Pro. Confirm that workflow in your plan if company approval is essential to the project.
Review the result with the person who will use it
An administrator can track creation progress, but the employee should help choose the portrait they want to represent them. Give them a clear way to flag a result that does not resemble them or a detail that needs changing.
Aragon also offers an AI photo editor with tools for backgrounds, clothing and other image changes. Teams Pro lists full editing access and an AI Chat Editor. Check the editing allowance and plan before assuming every employee can use the same tools.
Preview the album before downloading if the results need a redo. Aragon’s refund policy treats a download as use and handles team refunds differently from individual purchases. Agree how to resolve a poor result before distributing the files.
Example: Belle chooses the portrait that looks most like her and works in a small LinkedIn crop. Marketing confirms the background fits Walt’s brand. Belle receives that file with a specific request to update her profile picture.
Turn the chosen portrait into a clear employee task
Create a Linkwiz company report through the UI and open the findings for the people involved. Give each employee their file and the relevant next step. A profile update can include the company cover, headline, current company in the intro and workplace in Experience alongside the portrait.

Evidence: The public profile shows a placeholder instead of Belle’s portrait.
Recommended next step: Review the photo visibility setting with Belle. Make it public if she is comfortable being recognized outside her network.
Example · Use the Profile Photo finding to start the visibility conversation, then decide separately who wants a new portrait.
Example: Belle’s Profile Photo finding is Optimize because the public photo is not visible. She may already have a portrait she likes. Ask her to review the visibility setting; offer a new portrait when she wants one or the company is running a photo update.
The team profile updates guide shows how to turn findings into practical employee instructions. Use the approved file and an easy next step so people can complete the update without working out the process themselves.
Offer help in the tools employees already use
Aragon’s AI editing works on the image. Linkwiz integrations with ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and Slack help employees discuss accessible profile findings and the steps to take. Those are different parts of the portrait-to-profile workflow.
Belle can ask the Linkwiz Slack agent why her photo finding needs attention and how to review it. Employees can also upload an exported personal profile optimization plan to their own AI assistant and ask it to guide them through the updates. The team AI agent guide explains the options.
For new hires at a larger company, Aragon lists a Teams API and Zapier support for onboarding and asset workflows. Confirm access and the actions available before building that process. A portrait automation still needs a clear owner for the employee’s LinkedIn update.
Track the profile follow-up as well as the portrait project
Aragon already reports headshot creation status. Use that view to find who still needs to join, generate or choose an album. Keep a simple record of the chosen file and the employee’s confirmation that they applied it.
After employees make changes, compare available Linkwiz profile scans and open findings that still need attention. Review public photo visibility alongside the other updates. The profile progress guide explains how to follow up over time.
A public photo finding is a visibility check. Have the employee or project owner confirm that the chosen portrait is the one now in use. Keep those two observations clear when deciding whether the photo update is finished.
Budget for the portrait project and the ongoing profile review
| Planning question | Aragon AI Teams | Linkwiz Starter |
|---|---|---|
| How is it priced? | Headshot credits for the employees receiving portraits. | A recurring company profile and activity review. |
| What is the starting price? | Teams Basic shows $45 for one person; volume offers vary. | $25/month or $250/year in USD. |
| What does administration cover? | Invitations, creation status and album management. | 25 tracked people, 3 companies and 3 workspace members. |
| What needs a plan check? | Pro approval, multiple admins, editing, SSO and API access. | How many people you track and who manages reports. |
Use the current Teams quote for your group size and approval needs. Creating a free team account is separate from buying headshot credits. Aragon’s individual headshot packs and its wider photo-creation subscriptions are also separate offers; use the pricing page for the purchase you intend.
Confirm who can view employee albums, what photo-use permission is needed and which retention settings apply before invitations go out. Aragon’s privacy policy and terms explain those choices. Let employees supply their own photos through the agreed process.
In Linkwiz pricing, tracked employees and workspace members serve different purposes. Count the people receiving portraits separately from the people managing the ongoing reports.
Start with one group and finish the profile updates
Agree the portrait brief, invite a small group, review the albums with employees and deliver their chosen files. Use Linkwiz to coordinate the profile tasks and follow up after people have made changes.
Expand the portrait project when the selection and delivery process works. Keep the same employee support and profile follow-up for each group, including new hires.

By Linkwiz · Evidence reviewed 14 October 2026. Reviewed current Aragon product, Teams, pricing, editing, support, privacy, security, terms and refund pages alongside Linkwiz pricing and guides. Team price controls were checked at one and ten people. No paid generation, employee photo upload, authenticated account, API action or image-quality benchmark was tested.
The one-person Basic control showed $45. At ten people it showed a limited-time $380 total and $38 per person; this is a reviewed offer, not a permanent price. Teams Pro uses a sales quote. The Basic card lists one work email domain while the FAQ calls domain restriction a Pro feature. Confirm that entitlement with Aragon before relying on it.
Team refunds cover unused credits under the published conditions; requests have a 14-day purchase window. Downloading affects eligibility. Aragon’s face-data retention wording also has subscription and organization-setting exceptions. It does not establish that every uploaded photo is deleted after 30 days.
Linkwiz findings depend on the available report and scan. A later visibility result does not identify which portrait file an employee selected. Use together does not imply a partnership, direct synchronization or guaranteed results. Explore related photo and cover tools and profile optimization tools.
