What Linkwiz shares
The connection uses an approved workspace and its existing permissions. Reads use stored results without starting scans. Ask Claude to distinguish observed evidence, its suggestions, pending profiles and stale findings.

Before you connect
Does this connect directly to my LinkedIn account?
No. Your assistant connects to Linkwiz and uses the report data available to your approved workspace. It does not gain access to your LinkedIn inbox or publishing tools.
Will reading a report start a scan?
No. Reading uses stored results. It does not start a scan or generate new Linkwiz analysis. A report may include pending, incomplete or stale findings.
Can the assistant change a report?
It can prepare a new report or supplied profile additions if your permissions allow it. Linkwiz asks for separate approval before the action runs; accepted new profiles can enter the scan queue.
Do I need a Linkwiz API key?
No. Connect through your Linkwiz sign-in using the setup guide. Workspace access and your existing plan still apply.
