What Linkwiz shares
The connection uses the workspace and permissions you approve. Report reads use stored results and do not start scans. Findings can be partial or stale, so ask ChatGPT to include evidence links, analysis dates and missing data.
ChatGPT does not connect directly to your LinkedIn account, inbox or publishing tools.

No. Your assistant connects to Linkwiz and uses the report data available to your approved workspace. It does not gain access to your LinkedIn inbox or publishing tools.
Will reading a report start a scan?
No. Reading uses stored results. It does not start a scan or generate new Linkwiz analysis. A report may include pending, incomplete or stale findings.
Can the assistant change a report?
It can prepare a new report or supplied profile additions if your permissions allow it. Linkwiz asks for separate approval before the action runs; accepted new profiles can enter the scan queue.
Do I need a Linkwiz API key?
No. Connect through your Linkwiz sign-in using the setup guide. Workspace access and your existing plan still apply.
