Tip: When you search for someone on LinkedIn, they’re more likely to appear in your search results if they’re already connected to you or are a 2nd-degree connection. LinkedIn’s search engine prioritizes 1st and 2nd connections by default. So beyond having the right settings, make sure you're well-connected in your industry. Aim to network with at least 5 new people each week. That's 260 new connections by next year!
